Subway in East Riding of Yorkshire

Second time in a row I've got it and bread stale.

Slowest service I've experienced

Food always fresh and available. With restrictions in place for Covid-19, limited people can wait in line. I had to stand outside of the ship for a while, before being able to go in. It took at least 15 minutes or more to be served, but the weather was fine so it wasn't a problem. On a wet day however, it could be a problem at busy times. I went at lunchtime around 1pm.

Staff member couldn't make a Subway well whatsoever, the meatballs were cut in half to scam customers and no marinara sauce was added as she put each half meatball in individually instead of spooning it with sauce. my 'cheese +extra cheese' was a handful of grated cheese, which half was then binned when i said i'd like slices cheese as my 'extra cheese' (i wasn't asked at all and the picture of the subway i chose had sliced cheese in). door wasn't shut when it was toasted meaning it wasn't very warm, and although i asked for my points and scanned my card, both me and my friend never got points on our app. Since these new staff are incompetent, i won't be going back to this Subway.

Sent my husband off to get some steak and cheese natchos. Came back with what looked like a pile of dry natchos with a portion of steak on top! Really dry and almost inedible! I asked why there was no salsa when the other two times we have had these there was salsa and he said the girl making them said that they didn’t come with salsa despite him saying we’ve had it on them the last two times. Sorry, natchos without salsa? Honestly, give me strength! And if he asked for it, would you not just put it on whether it came with it or not? Won’t be wasting my money there again. Maybe hire some competent staff?

Went last night, ended up with food poisoning. Very ill at the moment the Husband also has it but milder.

Used subway on Friday 15th. I found the lady serving aggressive, unpleasant and it seemed too much trouble to serve anyone. Will not be using that subway again.

Nice and clean. Good friendly staff. Quick service.
