Hornsea might not be "on the map" like many other Coastal towns in the UK, but please let me tell you a very good reason to visit it: Sullivans! We loved their super fresh & delicious fish&chips, and "discovered" a very pleasant dish, which is also one of the Yorkshire cuisine's signatures: pattie! And thank you to all the stuff for being so friendly, caring & nice. Worth a visit, I told you so!

Dined in and found the restaurant to be very clean with plenty of tables. Excellent quality fish and chips. Choice of different sized fish etc. We asked for a light batter and it was perfect. Great service, staff were lovely. We thoroughly enjoyed it.

excellent fish a whole steak like, and not too much daft batter. so tasty ...chips and curry were lovely nothing left on my plate pot of tea for two no faffing, very polite service too again no faffing around. best fish we've had for ages knocks my (papas) into a whatsaname ...get me😉

I'm not often a fan of Fish & Chips, so when my other half mentions it I tend to wince at the idea. However, we were visiting parents on the coast and decided it would be nice for tea to eat in front of the sea.We rode down from Driffield after visiting parents and we were not disappointed. The *best* fish & chips I have had in years, and we even discussed making the 1h15m journey solely for a fish & chip dinner next time! Marvellous, thank you.

Very Pricey, watery mushy peas, messed up our order, one of the staff were rude a smile would have been nice, face grumpy and just clearly didn't want to be there, basically chucked the menu and cutlery at the table. Bread bun hard like stale hard, not a good place for some fish and chips and for the price we paid at the end is the same as a weekly shop. Disappointing never off here again.

Not a very wheelchair friendly entrance, a paving step and a door lip, not easy when pushing a wheelchair, staff smiled and left me to struggle with my client in her wheelchair, once in they asked if we were ok! Decor basic but clean, staff friendly and attentive but £8.75 for basic fish and chips, not even with Bread and butter or a portion of peas, overpriced, not much else to say, give it a try it's average

Didn't think we'd get seated as it was so busy but the staff was excellent at seating 5 of us. Everything cleaned before we was seated including the chairs and other seating. Staff was welcoming, service good and lovely food.

I am amazed at standing for 40 minutes in a queue for take away fish and chips. I'm in awe of an owner who opens up on a New Year day employing all those young people. Was it worth it - for sustenance, most definitely in quality terms nah, no way

The best! we've ever had. Thick fresh fish with chips, thick gravy and mushy peas. Latte also the best taste. Very helpful friendly staff. A clean, friendly family run business. Nothing was any trouble for them. Went twice on holiday. Will definitely be going again next year. Keep up the great work. Amazing!! 10 out of 10 Thank you!!

The food was delicious. However, little disappointed with the choice of drinks, as when we ordered there weren't many drinks to chose from as they had ran out.Staff weren't attentive, the 2 young girls were more interested in their phones. However, we would come back simply just because of the fish and chips!
