Lovely Sunday lunch, home cooked food, visited many times, would definitely recommend.

Steak night on Wednesdays are a delight. Excellent food at a reasonable price. Makes for a very special evening.

Gorgeous , really nice sunday lunch ! Even if sat in rain.! Homemade Yorkshire puds, plenty veg and meat . Gravy very nice . Had take away puds, cake custard. So nice . Will be back !!

Just been for Sunday lunch, the food was fab, meat cooked to perfection. Piping hot and all very Covid safe. Thank you so much, we will be back.

Fantastic food, excellent friendly staff, service superb.

Very unfriendly, asked to eat in the bar area as two other tables where eating. Only to be told wasn't allowed. Bit rude. Felt like a movie where strangers came into a local village pub, very unwelcoming. Approached the bar and was stood there for a while until the barman finished chatting to the locals. Will not return......

Can't praise it enough. Really good meal. My husband had lamb and I had pork, both meals were really good. We both had Bailey and Hazel nut roulade, he had cream and I was rather cheeky and asked if I could have Baileys poured over mine. That's exactly what I got. Quite a small place, staff lovely and polite. The whole thing was less then £20 for both of us.

Fantastic place, came in for a meal on valentines day and was overwhelmed with the portions and the taste, we enjoyed every second of it i couldn't think anything could have been better then the sight of my special lady sat in front of me, but i was wrong the soup really tickled my fancy it wasnt short on taste and i couldve had another bowl. Again absolutely amazing definitely more like a 10*.
