Really lovely Sunday lunch, I would definitely recommend it, staff are very friendly, meat was tender, Yorkshire puds and gravy was fabulous, its such a shame it was quiet for a Sunday lunch!!

The pub is full of amazing features including a walk-over glass topped wishing well. The family suite we stayed at was immaculate and spacious. It had all the usual teas, coffees, gels etc and the en-suite shower was perfect. There is a great beer choice, I had a couple of Old Mill Traditional Bitters on cask - went down a treat. The landlords Keith and Claire were very friendly and we heard some very interesting stories! Will now be our usual stay over when we are visiting the north.

Called in for lunch. There was 4 of us.Not a full menu at lunch time. But plenty of choice and reasonably priced. You won't starve.Well worth a visit, best to book to be on the safe side.

Excellent traditional Pub/Restaurant. Warm and welcoming. Great service and great choice of beers. Sadly, I have not eaten here, so cannot comment.

Just come back from a weekend away at the brewers arms. What a fantastic stay we had, the food was excellent and the people were so freindley and welcoming. Will definitely be going back. Thanks Crystal and Chris and all the staff for making our stay such a good time.

Just got home from having our first Sunday lunch out in a long time. Not only was the food impeccably presented but the portions sizes were perfect and the quality of food amazing. The setting gives you that classic Sunday lunch pub feeling and it won't be long before we are back. Can't recommend the place enough, the staff are welcoming, friendly and cater to all your needs without being pushy or asking when you've got your mouth full (we all hate that). The prices are more than fair too, I had a large roast, and a pint, my mrs had a medium roast, a coke and a pudding (she's pregnant so don't judge lol).Thank you for such a lovely lunch, see you soon.
