The Dacre Arms in East Riding of Yorkshire

Went with some friends who are regulars. Definitely didn't disappoint. Extensive menu, portions sizes are very big be warned and home cooked. No room for dessert but well satisfied.

Had the small surf and turf and it was delicious! Excellent value, certainly not a small portion. Steak was cooked beautifully and the chips were spot on. Highly recommend the Stilton sauce.

I visited this lovely little place for the first time after a a busy but productive day at Greengrass Touring site. I had spent the day helping out with timber framing for awnings on tourers ( we had nothing to eat since 0730 hrs!! ).We got there for about 5pm just as they were opening. Impressed almost immediately by the warm and friendly staff. 10 out of 10!!We were allowed a table that was pre - booked for 7pm, which was nice of them, so we ordered our food and well what can I say except.....FANTASTIC!!Ordered the in-house homemade Lasagne and we were very impressed by it's presentation or at least I was!!!Enjoyed it immensely and when I get chance to come back here, I think the Chicken Tikka is next!!! Thank you for a wonderful experience. Definitely be back.

Can't wait to go back to Dacre Arms! Gunna be eating in here EVERY Day! Food is PIPING Hot! Tastiest food I've had in years & the Yorkshire puds & Cauli cheese are to die for Honestly!...x

It's a nice enough place, however, not very warm inside and the food is good. Portion sizes are a bit small for the cost and it took some time for food to come out. We had to ask. And when 1 of 3 meals was sent back, it took ages to get back. Only a couple of ales available. We wasn't told about the specials board until after our meal. The desserts were very nice though, so good that I had one.. would we go back, probably not.

A good, busy pub. Warm welcome, a wide choice of beer. I recommend the Chunky chips.

The food here is amazing, especially the chunky chips. Highly recommend. We always come here when we are on holiday in the area. The Steak is always cooked to how we ask which doesn't happen very often in other places

The food was excellent. Service great. First time visit with friends. Will go again. Quaint and clean. Prices in keeping with most others.

Great pub with amazing food. The Steak and Ale Pie was superb. 2 real ales to choose from when we visited. Staff very friendly and we were made to feel very welcome. Dogs only allowed outside but it was a glorious day when we visited so no problem and the staff made him feel very welcome with treats and water. Would 100% recommend and we will be back.
