Delicious food, all fresh and very tasty. Generous Sunday lunch and tasty puddings. The prices aren't too bad except the Pepsi at nearly £4 a glass. For such a quiet time, service could've been quicker I'd say, and the staff, while polite, were not all that happy in their role.Would return though, on the strength of the food quality.

Initially all good. All orders were to be taken at the table. Drinks and meal orders were given to the table-waiters. The drinks eventually arrived following what seemed a long period, shortly followed by the entrees. There then followed a period of over an hour since ordering awaiting the main courses. I had to call the table-waiter to order more drinks and ask when we could expect our food; this eventually arrived around 10 minutes later. Not a good visit experience although the food itself was good.

This hotel are on the outskirts of Bridlington so really easy to find. Plenty of parking right outside the hotel and the the hotel and restaurant are across the car park from one another so you don't hear any noise from it. The reception wasn't manned so we had to go into the restaurant to get our key to get into our hotel & room. Our room was on the ground floor but there were safety wires for when the windows are open. Lovely big room with bath and really comfy bed, air conditioning as well, nothing to dislike about it. We eat in the restaurant attached to the hotel for both our breakfast and evening meals. Only 1 member of staff dealing with guests but the member of staff was very efficient. Tea, coffee and fruit juices available as well as cereal, pastries, toast which you helped yourself to. We opted for the smaller cooked, which was good. Plenty of choice for lunch or evening meals. They did have a shortage of staff, which didn't effect our first night but our second night was fathers day so restaurant was busier and staff in the kitchen struggled . We ordered the shared camembert started and had to send our toast back as it was rock hard. Staff dealt with our complaint efficiently and because they had received a few complaints that night they automatically reduced our bill by 50% when we went to pay our bill. Would definitely go back to stay here if I go back to Bridlington.

Out of 5 main meals only 2 were acceptable. The chicken was extremely over cooked and dry, the bourbon sauce was tasteless and the mash potatoes were stodgy not buttery or smooth. One of our party had the steak and ale pie and the pastry was in places completely solid. We ordered coffee after our meal 1 decaf 1 ordinary the coffees were placed on our table when asked which was the decaf we were informed the server couldn't remember!! We recieved 2 mains for free after raising the issues but all in all a very disappointing evening out.

We have been coming here since September 2021 and it has steadily being going downhill. I have tried to order salmon but they never have it on, tonight there was at least 8 dishes on the menu which they didn’t have. Also they have changed the Pinot rose wine to one which tastes like vinegar- don’t think we will be coming again. On a plus note the waitress are amazing and they are gritting all the flack

Greeted by very friendly staff & order taken straight away, wait for meal was about 40 minutes but we were expecting a wait as it was busy (18:00). Food was excellent as usual, nice portion sizes, we had the steak and ale pie (delicious) & the scampi, washed down with a couple of pints of Pedigree, followed by the apple and pear crumble. All the staff that we dealt with throughout our visit were excellent. This is not the first time we have stayed here and certainly won't be the last. Highly recommended.

This place has been my favourite place in years. Good menu with great dairy options on the menu and the burgers are just so tasty. In the summer you can't go wrong with outside area and little park for kids. Lovely atmosphere and perfect customer service

Food was fine given a table suitable for 1 toddler and small child plus 3 adults. Waitress girls helpful.Play area not great for a toddler but would be fine for an older child say age 6 or so

Nice enough hotel for a decent price. Rooms much better than you find in Bridlington in general. Pub attached has decent range of food and drinks, alcohol and AF. A bit out of town so you need a car. Ample parking. Friendly staff. Very quiet.
