The Star Inn in East Riding of Yorkshire

Picked this place to stay as was close to job I was doing . Had a brilliant sleep as was probably the quietest place I've stayed at. Worked all day at job and went in pub for much needed food.. the menu was a lot of Greek food and I was stuck for choice.. ended up getting a chicken gyro meal was worth waiting for and was delicious had a pint afterwards and retired to room and fell asleep.. Nice friendly place and worth a stay

Four of us booked into restaurant,. Three courses two bottles of wine and pre drinks alongside the Greek focused menu,. Can not fault the food,. Or service and great value. Thank you

Lovely pub, nice people and the kids loved watching the fish! Will be back if in the area again x

We were only ones eating in the dining room but it was lunch ! Very nice well cooked food. Various dishes ordered and all good

Just visited the pub today party of 7, every meal excellent, great choice of drinks Lynne a lovely friendly host. Moving to the village soon it will be our local.

Great food and friendly landlady and landlord, would highly recommend.

One of the most underrated places in our area . Greek food options are great with a good selection of traditional favourites. All in a nice friendly setting .

Great country pub nice atmosphere serving great food at fantastic prices. Definitely will return.

My brother stayed here while visiting me & thoroughly enjoyed his stay & the fab food his room was cosy , comfortable & clean just lacking a comfortable chair as being over 70 would have been an advantage , I went to see it myself & thought it was great as was the price.

Stayed here as attending a wedding nearby. Cannot comment on evening meals because of my plans, but breakfast was fine with plenty of options to select from. The rooms were fresh and clean. I had good night's sleep every night. Very helpful people there and nice atmosphere in the bar. Excellent local ales available. I'd go there again.
