The Tiger Inn in East Riding of Yorkshire

Went for Sunday lunch when the new owners took over and was not impressed. They asked us to give them another try so we did. What a difference, the meal was beautiful service very good. It is now back to out top place to eat in Beverley.

I only had a few pints of Guinness that went down a treat. Great staff very friendly and helpful. The food that went past me looked fantastic.

Table of 3 adults and 2 kids 4 AMAZING Sunday dinners and a scampi. Food was perfect plenty of veg and cooked superb.Service was smashing. Highly recommended will be back

Such a warm and friendly pub in this beautiful town! Emma, Dave, Honey, Ben and the chefs constantly excelling themselves. Amazing food! Should give it a try if you are passing or looking for a meal out! Regulars like Zoe always lovely to chat to as well! 👌

Visited today and had a lovely sunny outdoor lunch and ice cold drinks! Sausage, smoked cheese and red onion relish sandwich with Fries for my partner and a prawn salad and chunky chips for me...delicious!!

First time at the Tiger Inn today for lunch with my son a friend and her son. From walking in, the place had a cozy welcoming atmosphere. The staff were warm and friendly.We ordered a small Sunday lunch, there was enough on the plate as half way through I was full. I managed to finish it all, even had dessert, which was amazing, I chose cheesecake.On leaving I thanked the staff and said I would definitely be returning.Highly recommend, couldn't fault anything.

The staff were friendly and the food was delicious! We went here for a Sunday roast and we both got a small roast which was more than enough. The prices were reasonable and the desserts were gorgeous. If my partner and I lived local we would certainly be visiting for a Sunday roast every week.

Booked an Afternoon tea yesterday for the wife and me. You book on-line, which is very easy and I put afternoon tea for two in the booking notes.But the confirmation email stated you also have to ring in for an afternoon tea as they won't read it from the notes....seems dis-jointed that you can put nut allergy in the notes and that is picked out but afternoon tea isn't?However, that is the one and only demerit.You are met outside as you enter, you are shown to your table, all of which are a good size. The orders a taken quickly and you are served promptly too. The food is very well made and presented and tasty, and more than you can possibly eat (see photo).Tea and coffee including lattes are unlimited and staff are attentive without being intrusive.Bill was less than we had allowed but we were happy for them to keep the extra seven pounds as a tip.Sunday lunch next!

The vegan afternoon tea here is AMAZING! We had chickpea, cucumber, and vegan cheese sandwiches, sausage rolls, olives, crisps, and vegan scones, choc muffins, choc fudge cake, cherry bakewell, and carrot cake - you wouldn’t be able to tell that they’re vegan! Highly recommend.

Popped in to the tiger inn yesterday we was both amazed of how lovely the place was .The food choice is very good ordered fish n chips and got a whale the sizes are very good .The food was excellent even the puddings. Bar staff so friendly. We would recommend to all and will definitely be going back.
