Me and my partner have just been tonight, the place was freezing and I ordered southern fried chicken which was over fried ans the steak was burnt on the outside. Won't be returning again

Booked a table online over a week ago, I turn up on the day to find them closed due to staff shortages.Its understandable to close but with out sending out an email to cancel the booking, then made us drive 30 minutes to find a sign on the door saying closed due to staff shortages.Ended up in the good old weatherspoons micromeal as everywhere else is booked up

Booked a table for today (Thursday 19th August) and had an email confirmation. When we turned up the place was closed due to short staffing. Appreciate this would be beyond their control but some kind of communication or contact would have been nice to tell us our booking was cancelled, which would have saved us the disappointment and wasted journey. Very poor indeed.

booked 2 weeks in advance, drove 10 minutes just for there to be a sign on the door telling us the restaurant was closed.Just an email or anything to let me know the bar was closed but nothing, went to the Ship Inn for some lovely well needed food.

If I could I would give it nothing. Was waiting for 2 hours for the food to come out cold. Not an enjoyable experience with twin toddlers, extremely friendly waiting staff but inadequate chef.

Tried this resteraunt with my partner and two sons. We all thoroughly enjoyed our food. Very authentic and tasty. The staff were polite and helpful. Couldn't of asked for a better meal. Highly recommended and will certainly be back in the near future.
