Bagels and Bakes in Hambleton

Easily the best bagel I've ever had. Soft and fresh bagel and the filling was flavoursome. Wonderful little store with equally tasty cakes/flapjacks etc.It's just a shame I'm only in the area visiting, as I would easily make this a regular occurrence.

Poor quality, the kids meal for £4 you don’t get a bagel, a 25p Freddo as the chocolate and cheap quavers Imitation, the lady asked if my child could have quavers, I said yes and she gave us cheese curls whatever they are. Hot chocolate was cold, not cooler as originally requested and just really basic for the price. I wouldn’t go back.

Had a Federer and New York Bagel. Delicious. We’ll be calling again. Thank you.

I only had a strawberry milkshake, but it was refreshing with real strawberries and ice cream, and it did not disappoint. Very nice selection of gourmet jams and other cute foods which would make for nice gifts.

Me and my dad visit regularly for lunches and the food is really great! Generous portions, speedy preparation and a lovely atmosphere with staff who are very willing to cater to dietary needs (I personally dislike raw tomatoes and they are more than happy to sub them with cucumber!) - all of that at very good value too! I strongly recommend it to anyone interested

Called in the other day for lunch. Very tasty bagel and a *delicious* smoothie. I will be back for another go.

I've been looking for somewhere that does a decent bagel and this is the place, just WOW.I had a New Yorker bagel washed down with a cookie and cream frappe, I didn't want it to end.Can't wait till my next visit.

Bagels and Bakes moved from Topcliffe Road, Thirsk. The staff are fantastic and the choice of bagel fillings is incredible. They also have fresh cakes, waffles, make their own smoothies and milkshakes and brew the most fantastic coffee. You simply HAVE to visit if you are in Thirsk - you will definitely not be sorry - and I'm happy to call myself a regular!
