Il Mulino in Hambleton

We were a table of 8 excited women out for pizza. Definitely picked the right place. Lisa was an absolute star, looked after us so well, even organising a table at the new cocktail bar next door. Pizzas were the best we have ever tasted (kudos to the chef.) Will definitely be going again

One of the best pizzas we have ever had. Chicken and roast garlic. And goats cheeses and marmalade. We will be back.

Went for food and a good catch up with friends, service was amazing Lisa,and Angela looked after us foh and the food was cooked by Martin and Mike. Could not fault anything will be back for sure

Popped in here yesterday on the off chance they would still be serving mid afternoon - great decision - the aromas hitting you as you walked in the door made you want to have something to eat. I had mussel starter served with sour dough bread- absolutely delicious. The other party had a pizza which he raved about - also freshly made with sour dough.

I visited here in a family group while on holiday. We were welcomed in, accommodated and served quickly. Considering there was only 2 members of staff serving in a full restaurant, the food was served fast and everyone was attended to. The staff were friendly and helpful and the food delicious. With generous servings at great prices you can't go wrong. If you like Italian food, it's definitely worth a visit. When we're up in Yorkshire again we will return.

Popped in for lunch today ! Friendly service - fantastic sat in the sun sipping a draft Peroni and enjoying probably the best garlic bread we have ever had! Followed by beautiful Seafood Risotto! Will be back very soon!

Very easy going place to eat. Food is fantastic, a very good selection. Lots to choose from and menu changes to keep it exciting. The team are fun and enjoy what they do. I would recommend this restaurant any to of my family and friends . A fabulous food experience.

Delicious food and excellent customer service. We were seated and attended to straight away. Nothing we asked was too much trouble.We ordered a pizza and a chicken parmesan and asked for them to put half on each plate which they did.The staff were extremely helpful and polite.We will be returning, and would recommend to anyone in search of a good meal!

We’ve eaten at il mulino a number of times now, but admittedly always pizza until today. They make GOOD pizza. I was brought up on frozen, microwave pizzas, so it’s been quite a journey to end up il mulino being the local go to - the variety is great and the quality is honestly top notch.Add to that, the really strong brand that has been developed for these businesses (the mill, il mulino, soon to be neighbours to piccolo). Decor is lovely and the staff are always so pleasant and helpful.Today, we ventured for breakfast… I think a big challenge for restaurants to do simple things well. Il mulino lived up to the challenge and we really enjoyed it. Full English for me, eggs Benedict for her. Classic and almost perfectly done (black pudding over-seasoned).Fully recommended for a chill night (or morning!) out.

Beautifully decorated restaurant, very friendly staff couldn't be more helpful were kind enough to allow us to have a meal without a reservation. Service was quick and very beautifully presented food. However the main course was a bit questionable. I decided to try the carbonara which I found to be swimming in oil. Very generous portions sizes but sometimes less is more. My partner decided to have the Italian burger which was a bit over cooked and the tomatoes made the bun go a bit soogy. The garlic bread pizza as a starter was the best thing we tried, full of flavor and just the right thickness.
