Jaipur Spice - Easingwold in Hambleton

Thoroughly enjoyed our food this evening, we were a table of 7 and we all commented on the delicious food and service was excellent. We will definitely return!

Expensive for what it is.I ordered squid to start, which was basically shop bought frozen battered squid deep fried and then tossed in some sauce.I ordered poppadoms for one and was charged £6.I won’t be returning.

Myself and my brother are staying at this hotel whilst on a fishing trip for a few days , arrived at the hotel and was allowed to book in early . The room we stayed in was clean and very spacious and ideal for what we wanted . We also decides to have a meal at the on-site Indian restaurant the food was absolutely amazing we could not fault this place the staff are very friendly and helpful we can’t believe the price we paid for this place it’s great value for money

We all thoroughly enjoyed our meals here. Every time we are staying on the area, we normally end up here. The staff are always welcoming and can't do more to help.

Enjoyed our meals , I ordered the Chicken & Spinach which was very tasty, the three others ordered a lamb masala with honey and the others two ordered king Prawn masala. They enjoyed there meal except that the colour was bright red/ pink and looked a little un natural.but on the whole we enjoyed the evening

The service was swift. We had drinks within minutes and poppadoms moments later. The staff were very attentive and custom spiced my husbands favourite curry - Ceylon - to a lower level of spice than blow your brains out.The Ceylon was spicy but delicious! The chicken dhansak and chicken Shashlik were equally as good.Very disappointed that we live over 200 miles away so we won’t be a regular but would love them to open a restaurant in Canterbury!Service was great.Rooms basic but clean.A bit far out of the action of York but great for a stop over.

We stayed at the Hotel linked to the restaurant so decided to have some food there, I’m so glad that we did! The staff were lovely and the food was incredible! I would definitely eat there again!

Return when working near York always fabulous and staff v friendly and attentive, Nan breads superb as is the Tandoori food and Curries
