Staff in here are lovely and took the time to check ingredients of muffins for me as I'm milk intolerant. Always welcoming and friendly. Nice cup of tea and good always nice too. Definitely recommend.

Arrived at half 4 with my gran, we chose some toasties but were told that the grills had been turned off because they closed at 5 despite their hours saying they were open to 6. Fair enough I thought, I work in food service too. But what upset me was when we ordered our coffees the woman making them turns to the woman serving us and snidely says in a voice loud enough for both me and my gran to hear "We're never getting out of here on time now."There were at least 10 tables full of people in, yet we were made to feel very unwelcome. The whole time we sat with our coffees and sweets the staff very loudly talked about closing the store, they put the shutters part way down and loudly collected trays. If the staff had outright told us at the till "We are closing soon, please order to takeaway" we would have been more than happy to do so, but the fact that we were served to sit in and then were made to feel embarrassed and hurried just isn't good customer service, especially when the store was as busy as it was.We won't be back, which is unfortunate because their sweets and coffee was nice enough.

I was waiting for the shops to open at 10 am, so I popped in here for a strong coffee and a sandwich. The atmosphere was good, and the mozzarella, basil, tomato, and hint of rosemary toasted flat bread was delicious 😋

Was excellent, comfortable place to go before new management. This shop was my local coffee shop I always went to when in town centre, but really only have been in about 3 or 4 times since new management, which was more than enough to give them a chance. East Kilbride shop lucky to even get three stars? Almost as bad as waterside cafe at the loch for attitude 😏 Not quite, but almost?😏

Delicious afternoon tea delivered today very fresh and tasty - will do this again and maybe pay a visit.

Staff were friendly and helpful, constantly clearing & cleansing used tables promptly. There were adaquate sanitising areas & tables appeared spaced well, in accordance with covid 19. Myself and friends were served in a timely manner & staff worked their stations well. Plenty of food and drink options. I consumed a festive cake & it was so delicious! Would recommend highly.

Loved our visit here today so much so we returned again for another cuppa before we left the shopping centre. The staff cannot do enough to ensure customers have a comfortable and friendly experience. We won't hesitate to visit again, the cafe was immaculate and the food and drinks were all very tasty. Thank you to all the staff for making us feel so welcome 😊

This is the coffee shop which makes me feel most comfortable and safe during the pandemic. The standards of hygiene and sanitisation are first class. All tables and seats are cleaned before customers can sit down. On entry, a member of staff checks how many are in the party and a table is reserved. Their safety system runs like clockwork. The staff are very friendly and helpful, not only during this difficult time, but always. There's always cheery chat plus efficient service. The food and coffee is very good also.Well worth a visit.
