A very friendly pub, staff very good, lovely real ale, tried the Bitter and Twisted.. excellent... chip's, huge basket, delicious

Absolutely brilliant, no complaints. Exceptionally friendly and welcoming, aged 108 or 8, nothing is too much trouble.

I love this pub. Good beer, friendly bar staff and never any trouble. Fantastic pub in a beautiful setting.

Great freshly cooked food with very generous portions. Pub itself a bit gloomy and a little tired looking. Toilets could do with a bit of love and modernisation. There was a giant TV with football playing but because we were seated at the other end of the room it didn't disturb us at all. If you want a reasonably priced good meal this is definitely a place to try.

Gotta love the Angel. Definitely my favourite place for a quick, sneaky pint in Easingwold. Welcoming and friendly staff. Clean lines and crisp beer. Always a cute doggo around too. Apparently their cricket team isn't too bad either.
