The Castle Arms Inn in Hambleton

Super accomodation and food the lady owner could not try harder the make your stay most enjoyable The few little extra touches on the bedroom and bathroom cannot be found anywhere else It's the only pub in a road trip in the UK of some 10 days I could confidently recommend to anyone

Lovely stay our room was lovely,catered for our 2 border collies which was nice to have them in our room.had our evening meal twice and the food was excellent,lovely quiet village,thank you Jill and team for making us welcome,hope to return.

A ture gem, beautiful little rooms that we stayed in, clean and very comfortable. Stayed and had dinner which was very nice. Would recommend a visit. Love to Merlin!!

I haven't stayed here nor would I for that matter. I've just observed the proprietor and her sycophantic friend (Hyacinth Bouquet) on "Four in a bed" game playing their way through it and then feigned astonishment at winning 🙄 totally undeserved "winners" Eden Vale Glamping were the real winners by a mile 👍

After watching four in a bad the owner is horrendous along with the other woman who thinks she's something. They are devious and liars. Don't go and spend your money at this place,nthey don't deserve it.

Lovely country pub and hotel in a beautiful peaceful location. Really comfortable rooms. Great staff who looked after us very well and our dog was very welcome. The food here is excellent. We had breakfast and dinner twice as a group of 6 and every meal was perfect. The cosy bar was reasonably priced with a decent wine selection. Highly recommended. Great hotel and will definitely return.

attended recently for a family meal that turned out to be disappointing and expensive. Menu on the website is different to reality, the food wasn’t good. One I won’t be repeating

Great experience all in all! Had a wonderful evening. Atmosphere was friendly relaxed and most of all cosy. Good selection of beers and drinks. Interior certainly has a rustique charm, also owing to the fireplace.Food was great, refined basics and well sized portions.

Brilliant stay here. Couldn't fault anything. Food was delicious can recommend the steak pie. Really dog friendly accommodation. Our host was lovely and we shall definitely be returning in the future
