The Paddock Bar in Hambleton

Heard great things about the Paddocks, and I have to say they did not disappoint.We didn't have a reservation on a very busy Sunday evening, restaurant was packed! But they accommodated my partner and myself. We were seated straight away. We didn't have to wait for food or drinks, they arrived soon after we ordered. The staff were extremely attentive, making sure we were okay for everything.Food was delicious, and drinks were fab. Will absolutely return. Only got a photo of one drink, as everything else was scoffed!!

No booking, but staff where happy to accommodate us in the bar. A table came available & a staff member asked if we would like to move inside which we did. All staff we came into contact with where so nice & helpful. Food was lovely huge portions. The cocktail bath was huge i couldn't finsh it, didn't expect it to be so big but was lovely. All in all great place for food & drinks.

Went on Saturday around 2pm with a friend and didn't know there was a need to pre-book. However, we still got a table and been served by lovely staff. Food is really nice, served on plates that come really hot but keep your food warm for quite some time. I had carvery and the plate was full of great food. Huge place, very cosy and great staff. Didn't wait for food too long. Very affordable. Surely will be back soon as it's close to home. Next time will try some of the mocktails and dessert that look amazing on Instagram

The Paddocks in Clonee is great if you’re looking for some Instagramable cocktails and some homely pub grub!I’ve been here on multiple occasions and always come back! The food is super tasty and the menu has loads of variety!Staff are always super accommodating and friendly.Especially great if you’re into sports as they always have sports on the TV.

The place says booking is essential and that rings true 100% the place was packed! There were people coming in constantly the whole time we were there. Although it was super busy it wasn't too crowded or too loud the atmosphere was really really nice. The app for ordering online is super handy. The drink slection was incredible, the food selection was also incredible. The food was amazing and the portion sizes were great. A really good meal. I don't drink so it was great to see so many non alcoholic options. I could have a non alcoholic cocktail along side my partner and join in on the fun fruity drinks. We were so full we didn't get dessert but the ones we saw pass by us on way to other tables looked amazing (we will have to go back to try them). The staff were really lovely. All in all pretty fantastic place to visit and worth a trip.

Amazing food,as always, next to none a must visit great experience today as the staff brought our sons cake to the table singing happy birthday to him staff were amazing and the food was fantastic thanks again looking forward to our next visit

We absolutely loved this place! The drinks were gorgeous & tasted soo good! The food was delicious, have yet to taste anywhere that does it better! The decor was so cute & cosy, and while all of the Covid regulations were followed perfectly, it almost felt “normal” and welcoming! The staff was who really left an impact on us-friendly, talkative, attentive, and helpful. I’ve been living in Ireland almost four years now and have not had service as perfect as this since arriving. The staff alone would have been enough for us to return again, but the food, drinks, and decor easily makes this our new favourite spot in Ireland. Can’t wait to go back!

Cannot fault this place. We have been a few times now and every time has been great. The staff are really friendly and the food is fab. The cocktails are also a lovely treat.

Was so excited to come here but was a bit disappointed. I had seen all the Instagram posts and the TikToks so my expectations may have been a bit too high but anyways here we go.-The atmosphere was great. The place looked amazing, the lads enjoyed watching the match on the TV too-The staff were friendly too and the service was quickFor starters we got 2 portions of Frank Hot Sauce wings and nachos.The wings were okay, a bit too salty though which made it hard for us to finish at the end. The nachos were alright. Both dishes looked amazing, but taste wise they were just ok.For mains we got their 2 pasta dishes and a burger. The pasta dishes were okay, could do with a bit more flavour though. It came with a garlic bread which I personally really enjoyed. The burger though was very underwhelming. It just looked so sad. The beef was dry, the chips that came with it tasted weird too.We had 2 rounds of cocktails. Which I was really disappointed with. They looked AMAZING. But I think I was fed coloured ice. I got this Twister drink and a Starburst Daiquiri but like I said didn’t taste anything.It could be a thing that we all lack taste buds but I doubt it :)I think the problem is that they’re more focused on the aesthetic for Instagram posts and what not, but need to remember that the food needs to taste good too.
