Wellington Heifer in Hambleton

Stopped here after a visit to Thorp Perrow.A pleasant country setting pub. The food was excellent, however if you are looking for a "Desperate Dan" dinner, this may not be for you.For us, there was ample, and quality always beats quantity. So for the more discerning eaters definitely recommend it.The staff and management were friendly and very efficient.If in the area would call in again.

One night stay. Room had been recently refurbished to high standard. Scrupulously clean and well appointed. Staff were unfailingly helpful. Evening meal with excellent. Great value.

The Wellington Heifer is a real gem of a country pub with beautiful accommodation. The staff are exceptional and the food is amazing. Definitely a place to recommend and return to .

Lovely atmosphere in the bar, and great food at reasonable prices. We have family staying there for our wedding and wanted to check what it was like - don't think they'll be disappointed!

We have had a lovely family time. Nice food and really friendly staff. The rooms are spacious, really clean and super comfy bed :)

Had early birthday meal with the family on a Saturday night the meal was cooked excellent the service by the staff was first class ,they got the balance completely right was there when needed but not to much that is pestering warm and friendly atmosphere. Would recommend .will be going back for future visits

Excellent food, excellent service, friendly landlord. Menu is a bit posh for my liking but you cannot fault the quality of the food.

I really enjoyed my weekend here. The staff were very welcoming and attentive, the food was lovely I really enjoyed my meals, the room was outstanding! Clean tidy and very comfortable.My only problem was I couldn't stay longer! I will definitely look to stay here again if I'm in the area

Great menu with a good variety of food for a three day stay. Timothy Taylor Landlord bitter kept well to correct temperature. Room 1 a good size with comfortable bed and en suite facilities. Highly recommended. Staff polite and made the stay enjoyable.

Lovely clean spacious bedroom with a lovely view evening meal and breakfast great. Staff very friendly care about their guests from walking in to walking out. Young lady that served our meals exceptional for hospitality. . Will visit again.
