Delicious Sunday roast, well cooked and generous portions.

Still memorable a year on, used to be my old bank and I love what they have done with the place. Really beautiful restaurant and food to match.

Went for Sunday lunch ,the service was very slow ,but when the food finally arrived it was delicious ,lovely place ,seating very cramped, couldn't pass each other so had to stand up and push chairs in to let people out ,

Had a gorgeous meal on Thursday evening. The food and service was excellent. Can definitely recommend the carrot Wellington, lovely varied menu. Thank you.

Really nice food, friendly staff and a great ambience. The meal was good value and the food was served promptly, however we never felt rushed. Would definitely return.

This place has lovely food and very friendly staff. I had the Yorkshire Pudding Wrap and my husband had the fish and chips - both were delicious. It's so good that we're going back next week and taking our friends.

They started dinner service for us early when we asked if they had a table for 5. Beautiful venue. The childrens portions were very big and two meals fed three of them well! Bit more expensive than other restaurants in the area but food was amazing so worth paying a bit more in my opinion. Husband said his steak was by far the nicest steak he has ever had and my chicken ballotine was exquisite! Will def be back during our holiday in the area!

Had a lovely meal here! Started off with focaccia bread and beetroot hummus dip, which was really, REALLY good, then had one of the best chicken Caesar salads of my life: not too much dressing, lovely fresh ingredients, and a good quality chicken breast. Finished off with the banoffee cheesecake, which was sadly a bit bland for my taste, but the chocolate torte (which my dad had) and the lemon curd dessert (which my mum had) were really good, though. Really nice funky decor and ambience, and attentive (though young and a bit inexperienced) staff. We would definitely recommend eating here!

A very relaxing place to catch up with friends. The food is good and for a dedicated resteraunt the prices are reasonable. For three courses including drinks we paid £35 per head which I consider very good value.As the food is freshly prepared they can cater for food intolerances and are more than willing to adapt the menu, our party had dairy, gluten and vegetarian and we all had a good mealStaff are very polite.Note this not a place to go if you are in a hurry, the service is not slow but is what you would expect from a resteraunt.

Had an amazing night with the family! Lovely atmosphere and food was soo good! I had the salmon and the cheese & port was fabulous. All 8 of us enjoyed our meals and we will be back for sure! Looking forward to bringing the rugby crowd for a lunch time menu before the match too! Decor and style fabulous too xx
