Cafe Nero was well worth a visit. You had a lovely choice of cakes etc to choose from n very helpful staff. Set in nice surroundings. We went to Nero's as you know you will get good service and something for everyone no matter which Nero's you choose. Why not try it you won't be disappointed.

Regular caffe NEro customer and have been to branches all over the UK, the customer service from the lad named Chris was the best ive seen. This kid has captured the essence of what it means to be a barista! Well done 💯

It rained today in early October. There was a huge queue that stretched right to the door. It's possible that some of these were giver-uppers who had tried getting into Betty's café and given up, because their queue stretched halfway round the block.

Only had coconut milk as the dairy free option (before 12pm on a Sunday too), and no gluten free options either. Staff abrupt and came off as rude.
