Cambridge Cafe in Harrogate

either choose a Chinese menu or basic English, service is not the fastest when they are busy [and it became busy, quickly at dinnertime, queue at the door] but what was served was very tasty, tuna melted cheese toastie.

I have only ordered food out here (which alas is probably a similar price to eating in) but I can see why - it is amazing. Fresh, delicious - nothing like a takeaway experience. That review saying the positive reviews are fakes is nonsense - I just think it's helpful to let others know when it's a good thing (as I would scope out the reviews too). Here is far from a bargain, but fairly incredible

Cambridge Cafe is our go to takeaway, guaranteed for a delicious Chinese meal!! The food is consistently made to a tasty and delicious high standard (ginger beef, chicken chow mein and the bok choi are our favourites!).

Called in to this cafe to try the chinese food as me and hubby have been married 47 years today 8th March, on entering it didn't look the most inviting place as it lacked atmosphere and could have done with some back ground music, there seemed to be a lot of people eating on there own which usually means they feel comfortable in that environment on there own , so we ordered and my god what was served was delicious I had crispy pork hubby had crispy prawns and Ithe staff were efficent and polite and we left completely satisfied , I thought the soft drinks were a bit pricey but we would definitely return if in Harrogate again.

The food is amazing and the staff are so friendly. Highly recommend here ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Best Authentic Chinese food in town. Also offer English food. Simple old fashion decor, not the prettiest, but honest prices, large portions, friendly polite staff. Fresh tasty food.

Have been visiting this cafe for a number of years now, regularly but not frequently as we don't live local to Harrogate. Was so pleased that it has survived Covid. A family run cafe, excellent food at reasonable prices and lovely, friendly service. Nothing is too much trouble. Always come away satisfied and relaxed. Thank you.

Could definitely do with a lick of paint & the exterior won't inspire entry BUT please don't let this put you off as the Chinese food is outstanding!!Reasonable prices & friendly service from the family that run here.Strange menu offered a combination of English greasy spoon breakfast items & Chinese dishes.Admittedly we didn't try the English food but the Chinese is the main event here & is not to be missed...
