Cattlemens in Harrogate

ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT, cannot say any different. Made to feel very welcome from opening the door, offered to sit where ever we liked. NOT pressured into anything at all, ordered drinks whilst browsing the menu. And left to have a good ponder, food ordered arrived in good time 10 oz rump (no waiting for ages) EVERYTHING was SPOT ON. After our meal was done, we decided on dessert. I can recommend the apple pie (only thing for me was the cream, it was NOT runny cream but squirty cream).

In Harrogate for a show and fancied a steak… what a lovely place! The menu was so nice none of us had steak 😁 service was quick and looked well organised and the food was very hot, delicious and filling…. Unfortunately only took photos of the starters as when main came we dived straight in 🤣 They had a great selection of cocktails too which also included some non alcoholic ones….Thank you for a great start to our night!

Great steak house, really good food and fantastic service. Staff were very accommodating and friendly. Appeared to be very popular and even turning people away so booking is advisable!

My burger was gorgeous .can't complain. However the sudd of sweetcorn had either been cooked dry or left under lamps too long . it was hard and dry. The chips. I love a chunky chip but these were like door stops so hard in the middle. My partners steak he said the flavour was good but too chewy

Wow! Just had a full starter and main meal at Cattlemens. Mozza Melts for starter, the biggest Mozza sticks Ive ever had, melt in the mouth heaven! Followed by a TBone steak. I have to say this is the best steak I've ever had. Cooked medium rare to perfection! The gravy is a must have, as it is literally a taste I've never experienced before! This place is so underrated in Harrogate! Best steak in town, and will 100% be coming again!Can't say I'm not absolutely destroyed from the portion size though 😁

We had a delicious meal at Cattlemans. The starters were really nice and the ranch dressing is to die for! Steak was cooked to perfection. Only comment we would make is that when ordering a burger, we weren't asked how we would like that cooked, and it was too well done for my husbands liking. Prosecco was really nice too. Staff are really friendly. Would definitely recommend and go again!

Fancied a steak so gave this place a go. Had tempura prawns as a starter which were excellent. The batter was light and dip was tasty.Had the T-bone steak for the main with onion rings. The steak was cooked medium rare as requested and was nice and tender. I do feel the gravy (additional item) is a must add as it enhanced the dish quite a lot.The onion rings were good and worked well to mop up the last bits of the gravy.Sat quite close to the entrance, but I liked the dark decor of the place. Would return.

Excellent food, T bone and Ribeye were bought, both cooked to perfection, very small portion of chips though. We'll priced drinks, actually cheaper than we'd had in the pub!

First visit, and WOW! Literally the best burger and chips I've ever eaten.. Ribs fell off the bone, nachos were so tasty. In a food coma, but well worth it!!
