Costa Coffee in Harrogate

the young lady who seemed to be running the place on her own on Tuesday 24th May was fantastic. Till reciept said name was George. Coffee was hot and food was perfect. Her attention to our needs were superb. Will definitely visit again next time we are Harrogate.

Been before with great experience.Today we had the worst ever chocolate drink.Pure watery no flavour. And by the way it should be a hot chocolate... both were cold not even warm... and wife did request that one was to be made extra hot.Wife didn't even finish hers.When back in shop to bring cups back ( we sat outside as It's a no Dogs allowed place) the lady was rude as I mentioned they were the worst ever. " Now that you've drunk them I can't give you a new one..." not even an apologise or proper customer service...For a place I have enjoyed in the past many times with wife... I don't think we'll be going in again...

I recommend going here as there is friendly staff and nice choices of food here,overall with lots of stuff here and many other thing it totally recommend going here!

Have been coming here periodically for years. Staff are usually great, albeit there are often long queues, but a constant complaint is that the air conditioning upstairs ALWAYS pumps out cold air in winter and hot air in summer... you'd think they would have put this right by now. The discomfort aside, am not sure it's entirely healthy!

i am disgusted with this costa queued for 30 minutes to get 2 drinks to b told w could not sit in we went in at 3 o’clock and it shut at 4 the clothes were disgustingly dirty and the steam arm was full of burnt milk stains i went with my friend on saturday to look at a cup and again we went at around 3 o’clock and they had locked the door and when we tried to open the door they started laughing at us! as someone who works at costa for a Service station i am disgusted with the hygiene of the place it was absolutely disgusting it was so so so dirty i can not put it into words!!!

Always good to find a Costa,but that day was very busy with long queues heading out through the door. It was over the Xmas period and the upstairs area and toilets were shut.Not sure why.Coffees and hot chocolate drinks are always very good and the cakes tempting.This is why Costa is so popular.

We always visit a Costa wherever we go. This one is quite spacious. Staff very friendly. A little bit slow on service, but one of the girls had just started working there so we told her next time we visited she would be a master of making the nice pattern on top of coffee. Still coffee is coffee! Enjoyed it all the same.

Your coffee if put in the tall red containers keeps HOTTER 4 longer-- Their sandwiches R just the right size 👌 😋 and prices 👌

Good quality as always, tiny bit over priced but I suppose you know what you're signing up for. Nice interior design, average amount of seating. Staff always seem lovely and like they're enjoying themselves. The toasted sandwiches are AMAZING.
