Courtyard Restaurant in Harrogate

Absolutely delicious food, we really enjoyed every course not one complaint. Venue is fantastic and the staff were the most attentive ever.

Visited the Ivy at the beginning of February. We reserved a table and greeted on arrival.What a wonderful place to have breakfast.We really enjoyed our visit. We will certainly be going again. The food was excellent, and the staff were great.

Attention to detail in terms of flavor, aesthetics and service is completely on point.This joint is great, fine dining with a laid back and cozy vibe, areal nice dig with an upbeat twist. The staff are super friendly, professional and talented, albeit I would admit if all staff wore masks would make me feel more at ease when in the restaurant.The food was dope and a great eclection of flavors and dishes, each meal and side arrived with precision and accuracy which shows a very high standard set. Their vegetarian and vegan menu is great and one of the reasons for my visit whilst also offering great grub options for meat eaters also, a menu to please all pallettes.It's a for sure obvious sign why this place is only available from booking in most cases as it's always booming, justifying'ly so!Finishing off the meal with a Vanilla Shakerato is an absolute must, super yummy and makes you feel like a classy old school mobster!

Pretty much faultless. The service was excellent. Great humour and very engaging. He checked for any food intolerances and really looked after us.The interior and generally ambiance is welcoming. Although, I found it a little too warm and the lighting is strangely dim.The menu had a reasonable variety of dishes, there was also a vegetarian/vegan menu available.I found the food to be delicious. An interesting combination of texture and flavours. The portion sizes are modest but the experience is in the quality.

Absolutely amazing dining experience. We were greeted at the door by friendly and polite staff. We had pre booked our table and were shown promptly to this The decor inside is fabulous and inspiring . Our waiter was very attentive and ensured that we were looked after with courtesy. Beautiful menu and lovely range of food. Drinks menu is fabulous and definitely worth trying the cocktails. Food superb and freshly cooked. Food brought to the table with elegance and refinement. Had to squeeze in a pudding, an absolute must! Would definitely recommend this beautiful restaurant and the fabulous staff. Well done and compliments to the chefs.

I can’t recommend this place highly enough. The staff could not do enough for us, making this dining experience first class. We didn’t have to lift a finger as our waiter was extremely attentive and made sure our glasses were never empty. The restaurant itself has a wonderful ambiance, along with beautiful eclectic decor throughout. Our meal was absolutely delicious. I had the cheese soufflé and my husband had the salmon for starters, both were 1st class for both taste and presentation. For mains my husband had the cod and chips which he said were perfectly cooked! I had the blackened cod and it was to die for! We also had the truffle and Parmesan chips for the table which were very tasty but if I’m gonna be totally honest they weren’t worth buying as they didn’t have enough Parmesan and truffle to coat the chips. The desserts were very traditional choices from us but perfectly executed, absolutely beautifully balanced flavours and felt extremely indulgent. And last but not least, as the restaurant knew it was our anniversary, they surprised us with a little sweet treat to congratulate us this was so unexpected and it was a much appreciated gesture!

Nice brunch, quite busy. Not totally comfortable. Service good. Restaurant well decorated for Xmas.

We booked a table here for my Partners Birthday, having chosen "the Ivy" from numerous eating places in the area, and booked an early table.We arrived early and were greater with a smile and confirmation of my booking and shown straight to our table in a nice outward facing corner location. I ordered some bubbly (by the glass) and water.We chose from the set menu but then added deserts from the main a la carte menu. See photos of our dishes.Service was attentive, friendly and helpful.We enjoyed our meal as the restaurant slowly filled up and other customers joined in the birthday wishes when the waiter bought her a profiterole with a candle. A gentleman from the next table took photos of us on my phone.Needlesa to say the Ivy is fully recommended.

Absolutely stunning, will definitely be returning. It exceeded expectations on food and service. The cocktails were divine and my main of shepards pie was perfectly cooked with lots of flavour and the most wonderful lamb! The side dishes (creamed spinach and green medley) were also perfect.

Simply an exquisite experience. Extremely attentive and friendly staff. Very fast service. Mouthwatering dishes. Worth visiting if in Harrogate. I highly recommend trying out the rum baba!A service charge fee is collected as a percentage of your total bill.
