Five Guys in Harrogate

Massively overpriced for a very mediocre food. Even though eating in, food was presented in a brown paper bag. Burger was a little greasy and mostly flavourless. Didn't try the milkshake but someone on the next table had one which smelled a little like baby vomit. Still it's good to get out but perhaps go elsewhere. I think there's a spam van nearby.

Staff was lovely and food was great but very very over priced and drinks came out flat due to high dispense pressure when filling cup. Angling the cup simply makes no difference because of the pressure so all gas has escaped before your first sip

Super friendly and polite staff. Also very helpful when it came to a smaller milkshake for the little.Baby changing facilities are in the accessible toilets on the ground floor.As expected, parking is somewhat limited, but there are many places to park nearby with a short walk.Unisex toilets are located upstairs.

Lovely food 😍 and very well trained stuff. There's was a guy in black t-shirt, Bogdan or something like that. He was flying from on side to another and my burger was perfect.

It's a 5 Guys. If you haven't been to one: excellent burgers (best I've had in UK) and big portions of fries (not the best I've had at a 5Gs but good to vg). 4½* really.

Too expensive to be more than a special occasion dinner, but oh man, what a treat. The shakes are the best in Harrogate by a mile, and the burgers are magnificent. Great app for pre-ordering as well - clean interface and very effective.

Surprisingly this was my first Five Guys dining experience, but I feel this was a good example to start my new found love at. The staff were friendly, everywhere was spotlessly clean and the decor, although I suspect normal for the chain, was interesting and apt.Burgers were cooked quickly and delicious as expected, but unfortunately the drinks machine had a number of options unavailable. The whole restaurant was quiet enough for it to be a relatively relaxing experience, and I’ll certainly be returning.

Absolutely top class!! From the service, decor and most importantly the food!! The burgers are to die for and the best I’ve tasted in a long while. The staff can’t do enough for you and a special mention for Paul, for making us feel welcome 🙏

Wow, fab burgers & milk shakes. Bit pricey but really good. Girl on till explained how to order really clearly. Our first visit. Will go again

The burgers here are unbeatable, the fries are equally epic. We also tried the shakes here for the first time and nothing will come close to again. There are plenty of choices to add to both burgers and milkshakes. Staff were friendly and welcoming and social distancing was met form the morning you walked through the door.
