I Am Doner Harrogate in Harrogate

Honest review .... prices are ridiculous as have had better kebab from my local.Saying that I can't fault the establishment as food was delivered very quick and was hot. But the premium they charge I cant back up. Its nothing special... and the loads of "stuffing" they can add as in cabbage and onions etc doesn't make the kebab meat any better.I was looking for a great donner experience, but what I got was mediocre meat with extras which didn't make the meal any better.It's OK for food and you won't be dissapointed, but no where near worth the money.

Ordered a special rice box and bread on the side. Was disappointed at the portion as there was hardly any meat. There was no feta and the one piece of halloumi was far too thick and the rice was very basic white rice. The bread on the side was basically a wrap, I was expecting a naan or pitta as this is the image shown on deliveroo. Just expected a little more for the price paid - especially as the bread alone is £2.50.

Excellent food but sometimes inconsistent with orders and service. When they get it right it is worth the spend. The new meal deal is a nice addition.

The kebabs was very tasty here long time ago now is the third time when is something not right or something missing this time they didn’t put any sos inside so the kebab was very dry and you could taste just meet as they don’t put enough salad inside… And I found a metal stapler inside the wrap so I nearly damage my toothNot a great experience so I think this was my last order thereShame because this was my favourite kebab place…

I love the food but twice in a row now, the order hasn't been correct. Both times my wrap came without the extra halloumi that I paid £2 for.. first time spent ages trying to get the refund from just eat, second time can't be bothered.. feel disappointed though.. please just get the order right! When you pay £10 for a wrap, it would be good to get the order right

We were really surprised, and impressed , to find somewhere doing vegan Döner in Harrogate. They've a falafel, veg and seitan version of all their meals. Food excellent my only complaint, and why it's not a 5 star review is because they insist on being cashless and card only. It's a short sighted approach that will put a lot of customers off. It might seem convenient but it's very off putting.

Update 3.Things are getting a bit sloppy. I've been going there since the opening in Harrogate, but the quality is downhill. Every time I order, there's something missing. Usually feta. Not had feta in the box for a while. Courgette is another regular that goes missing. Today, I only had about 5 slices of the vegan doner in my box. I like the kebab, but I wish there's more consistency!update 2.Tried the vegan doner today and I find it actually preferring than the normal meat version!Update 1: Been there 3 times now in a space of a month or so 😅Now had rice box and fries box and my favourite is rice box, though all were good.===== original =====Great kebab! The house special had everything in it; doner, chicken, halloumi, falafel (note. salad in photo not included). Loaded and packed full of flavours. The only thing is that they don't do lamb shish, which is usually what I go for. But will definitely return to try the other stuff like salad, rice or chips versions.Busy despite the wet and windy weather. Recommend to order online and collect.

Best doner I've ever had! Bold statement as I've had my fair share of doners , but true. I opted for the Voner Seitan as I'm cutting back on meat consumption.It's a small place, one member of staff. Orders are made using a tablet attached to the table. Chef won't take your order.It was good to be able to watched my order being prepared.Overall, pretty quick service, fresh ingredients, food tasted great. However, the large didn't seem large to me at all 🤔Definitely recommend
