KFC in Harrogate

It's probably chicken, it's definitely deep fried and it tastes pretty good

Terrible. The card machine was broken, so every customer had to go to the cash machine up the road before they could order. On top of that - and just like every other fast food outlet these days - they're so preoccupied with orders for Deliveroo, Just Eat etc that customers who walk in off the street are kept waiting ages. Not good 👎

Usually good but last 2 times they got my order wrong and I can't seem to phone them up because their line is terrible. When they get it right it tastes good, but sometimes they spill the gravy all over the box. Their staff are friendly and polite despite this. Mixed experience, sometimes good, occasionally they mess up!

Probably the worst KFC I've ever had tonight. 3 pieces, all leg meat AGAIN. But that's not the worst of it. I don't know what happened to the Colonels mix of herbs and spices, but these tasted like the pieces were coated in pure pepper. Absolutely awful.

Tonight my brother got two trilogy boxes for us which I'm absolutely let down by it had no lids on drinks they both had bland as hell chicken popcorn, i had undercooked corn, my burger was flat and pretty much just a dry and crispy coaster, my brothers was same but the actual chicken was rubbery and put him off which is hard to do with food, there was no chicken strips with either meal and I cannot get in touch with them about it and to be honest its been this way for a decade almost always somethings wrong with the stanard of quality everytime. about time they changed the way they do things or just get rid and get a Burger King or Taco Bell or just anything other with a lot more care than there is with this kfc.

Unfortunately KFC this week are letting the brand down by serving burnt bitter chicken, should be closed until the fat is changed.

Most of the time, they miss some items or it's cold, or on occasion completely burnt beyond the point of being safely edible. Time to serve is painfully lo g due to the small store size. Unfortunately, it's the only KFC in the Harrogate area.

Got a 4 piece box which was OK. Chicken Gravy was very watery and the Iced Tea I got was literally coloured water!!!!! Apart from that.....

Ordered a couple of meals via Deliveroo. Looked like meal had been tossed around and squashed prior to delivery. Only to find a budgie breast cunningly disquised and marketed as a chicken breast! But not to outdoo the disapointment of this, the chips that came looked and tasted like they had been warmed up 3 days ago and sent out to us. Sent numerous e mails to their "No" customer support only for them to take no responsiility for the quality of food and told me to take it up with deliveroo as thats who we paid! So, no help at all and a refusal to take any responsibilty. We wont be eating from KFC again

I asked for fillet burger with no mayonnaise as it contains mustard which I'm fatality allergic to, unfortunately the burger contained about ten times the amount of mayonnaise than usual.Don't fancy dieing so probably won't go back.Also 2 other people were making complaints while I was in the store.
