What a lovely find, on a nice side street in the centre of Harrogate. Lovely friendly service, fantastic generous well cooked bacon bap (my husband) and light and tasty cheese scone with cream cheese and chilli jam (I am converted now). The delicious coffees much better than chain cafe coffee. Would come again if I found myself in Harrogate again. Thank you

Great location, good menu, reasonably priced and helpful staff. All in the heart of Harrogate

Used to be one of our favorite coffee spots in town. However it has gone in a downward trend since new ownership. LMDC used to be a warm inviting cozy place for a coffee or cup of tea. The new paint job makes it feel cold and almost chain like. Menu selection is not what it used to be Website opening times is outdated.

Me and my partner went here the other day when visiting the area. We both had coffee and a ham and cheese toastie. We both liked the ham and cheese toastie, however would prefer an option with white bread - but that's a personal opinion. My partner had a mocha and I had a cappuccino. My partner said that the mocha was okay, but not the best she has tasted. My cappuccino was nice, however there was way to much chocolate sprinkled on top. It tasted more like a hot chocolate or mocha for first few mouthfuls. I believe that it should be asked if people want chocolate on top, however again that is a personal opinion. Overall, we were happy with our food and coffee.

Great spot for light breakfast and lunch. Staff is friendly and helpful. Many frequent customers are greeted like family.Bacon roll is best around.

What a lovely way to spend breakfast, sat outside in the sun. Lovely food and service. Pork pie and mushy peas for breakfast is the future!

I went to LMDC last year and it was when COVID was at it's peak, to get a take out coffee. The older lady serving was stressed and wasn't too friendly to me and I left a poor review prior to this, however I have removed that review as I went in today and she was extremely pleasant. There was an older Gent there as well who was serving customers and both him and her were very chatty, friendly and helpful. What a contrast and what a nice place. The coffee is exceptional and their brownies are top notch. I will definitely be going back now!

Great find! Wish we'd found this welcoming coffee bar before the last day of our trip. Tasty breakfast and great coffee at a reasonable price. The staff were very friendly and even provided some suggestions on places to try around Harrogate.Highly recommended 👌🏼

Whilst staying in Harrogate for a long weekend we visited LMDC three times due to the lovely welcome from the owner, Dean, the delicious food offered and also the excellent lattes. The establishment is lovely inside and you are made very welcome. There is also outside seating on the lovely paved area which is in a peaceful location. Highly recommended and we will visit next time we are in Harrogate.
