Ordered a chicken curry meal tonight through Deliveroo but can't find how to leave a review on this app! Have ordered this meal on a regular basis over the last year and it has always been very good, however tonight the meal was no where near the usual standard, very watery and no where near the taste as previosHope they can read this and cworkvoutc what went wrong tonight!

Very disappointing meal, took nearly 2 hours to arrive, food was over cooked, drenching in oil, bland and barely any noodles in the chow main dishes

Terrible service... ordered a takeaway to be delivered in 1 hour 1 hour and 40 minutes later it finally arrived.. spoke to them and was treated with such arrogance will never order from Lotus again

Took our order via deliveroo. Left us waiting an hour and a half and never arrived. No update or communication and not taking orders by phone so no way we could get in touch. Do not order from this take away!!

Tried this place for the first time this week as our normal chinese is closed on a sunday. Considering the majority of chinese takeaways in harrogate are awful, we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. Tasteful and generous portions. Salt and pepper chicken wasn't great but the salt and pepper chips are top notch. Would visit again.

Been ordering from here for 10 years and had always been good. However a recent management change means that the food is now dreadful. Ordered 4 meals none of which were edible. Utterly appalling. Avoid.

We ordered food from here and it was nasty. Fried rice tasted burnt and black bits in dishes. I called them and sent the food back with my 10 year old son. They were hostile to him, gave him replacements and told us to never order there again..... very nice people! We would not dream of getting food from there again. The worst customer service attitude I have ever experienced.

As someone who actually eats here - it's been really good for the past 10 years. Very friendly staff - always busy - a great local favourite of the whole family. Thank you Lotus.
