Great food, yes its a little expensive but its nice and the staff are friendly.

When to Haarogate store 12.12.21Using the female toilets at 13:00.Male member of domestic staff bulling and berating a female colleague in public for 15 minutes continuously. Several members of the public had to intervene. This horrendous bulling and harassment is NOT acceptable in any circumstances. I hope this make member of staff is reprimanded for his appalling abuse. Disgraceful.

A lot of multibuy offers, great quality and unique foods, a must try cheese bread at bakery. Friendly service. Sparks loyalty card and regular coupon mailings make it more affordable. The only problem with this store is they are not patient with mentally disabled people wanting to find products on shelves.

Unbelievable, used self service checkout, 3 checkouts available but after checking with young lady none had been sanitised, was busy and willingly went to wipe, while waiting for her to finish customer behind me asked me why I wasn't using the free one, I explained it hadn't been sanitised yet, his response was "oh I don't care about that" the next customer was a member a member of staff, no mask and asked me the same question and I gave the same response, he went on to say the same as the 1st customer but then continued to ridicule my caution and joke about it, no wonder this pandemic isn't ceasing, and we blame the Gov't,? I just don't expect this from staff of Mark's I'm sure they are expected to be covid compliant 😱

A nice store, as usual with M&S. But the aisles are a little narrower here than usual. It doesn't take many shoppers to be in to make it feel a little crowded.

Has all the foods I need when I fancy treating myself to something a little nicer on my way home from work. Always easy to park and very friendly staff.

Wonderful shop with wonderful staff and wonderful produce. The shop is always kept exceptionally clean and well stocked. The staff are a joy to deal with and always welcome us with a smile. Nothing is too much trouble. They have worked so hard to keep us safe during the covid crisis and are a credit to M & S. Would not shop anywhere else.

Impossibly busy this lunchtime with no parking available so one had to use nearby side streets. However, the staff inside dealing with Christmas orders and organising the queues to pay which went almost completely around the store were superb. They were efficient, friendly, smiling in spite of being under such pressure. Well done to them.

Lovely place nice staff and food. Just don't you dare open a store bought product in the cafe to compliment your cafe purchased meal, they will ask you to put it away or leave. Even if the cafe don't stock it.. Would have been 5 stars otherwise, seems an odd rule.

Great little M&S. Nice easy access car park. Food is M&S prices but also M&S quality. Lovely staff. Haven't tried the cafe so can't comment on that but otherwise can't fault it.
