I bought a £15 Birthday cake here and was so disappointed, the cake was so dry and horrible really not edible if i lived in Harrogate and had the energy i would of taken it back, after all the hundreds of pounds we spend in this store ..we have never had a issue the food is lovely ...What a utter disappointment this cake was and to make it worse it was my birthday cake 😪P.s The cashier was lovely and helpful.

Cafe was terrible went in on sat 23rd April stood in que for a very long time to be served, only one serving one making drinks the rest stood around talking and saying things customer's don't wish to here .And looking around all the table's were full of dirty pots afew people walked away all the staff we saw were young one's not a adult ,supervisor or manager in sight to tell them to get on with some work.a big let down for the store.

Sad. Nice enough building but it's sad to see that M&S is reduced to this. The menswear department is dismal but that's a general observation of most stores these days. As usual I'm waiting by the front door yet menswear is upstairs instead of being where men tend to be.

The cafe does a nice jacket potato with beans and three cheese. Although if you go after 2pm they are likely all gone unfortunates!

The service in the lingerie department was excellent. It was my first time shopping in M&S Harrogate. Although their fitting room was closed, Aubrey still let me try them on. Aubrey was very attentive, friendly, and was willing to go the extra mile. She made sure these lingeries are fit and comfortable. She was also very knowledgeable and told me the different types. I will definitely come back for more shopping. Great customer service!!

You cannot get everything from one store. Bread and organic spinach from Asda, Pumpernickle, baked in store, eggs from Waitrose, exceptional and desserts from M&S. Sometimes you've just got to do the extra leg work. But Harrogate has it all. Sorry about the picture, tucked into the cheese cake as soon as I arrived home.

Café has really gone downhill. Used to be good, now it's like a dirty, cheap nursing home cafeteria. It's really filthy. Been three times recently, everytime it was just dirty - tables, chairs, floor. Yuk. Staff are very laid back. Had to ask twice for someone to come clean the table, clean bits of food off the chairs, sweep the food up off the floor. Should not have had to call the staff TWICE to clean up. I know it's not just me because I've heard others in the cafe complaining to staff about it being dirty.Food quality and selection isn't as good anymore either. Quite bland and full of preservatives.Just horrible.

This Marks and Spencer store has a good selection of products including clothing for men, women and children. There is a cafe to relax in on the first floor. The well stocked food hall is on the ground floor. Escalators serve all floors. The store does not have its own car park. The nearest public car park is 200m away.
