Masala in Harrogate

Perfect! Best Indian food we've had in Harrogate, super yummy, good portions, will return! Speedy delivery and polite and friendly driver... Well Done!

Pleasantly surprised, dont normally order Indian from takeaways as I'm always dissapointed. Sundries and popadoms were excellent, order 2 chicken dishes which were excellent too. Slightly disappointed with a lamb dish but that may have been our taste. Fast collection and steaming hot. Recommend

Love the good at Masala. Never had a bad meal. Staff always polite and helpful. They also deliver. Only negative is they don't take payment by card. Cash only.

The worst takeaway I have ever ordered! The veg masala and the mushroom bhaji was that dripping in oil it broke the bag it came in. The naan bread was soggy and doughy. This has happened multiple times over the last few months and finally we decided to complain. The employees are rude and instead of taking responsibility they tried to turn it round on us saying the food was fine! We ordered our food at 7:35pm and didn't get a replacement sent out till 10pm. We asked for a refund and they flat out refused to give us one. Our Friday night ruined!! Avoid at all costs!!

My food turned up very late last night, the driver practically threw it at me when he finally got here. It was very cold and the chicken was undercooked. The naan tasted stale and the portion was tiny.Very bad value for money. I woke up this morning violently ill as did my neighbour who shared the food with me. When I rang up to complain I was offered a replacement however heard someone in the background joke about spitting in it hence I said no thanks!! What happened to customer service?! Disgusted, no offer of a refund either.

Ordered 3 popadoms for myself as a snack along with my husbands balti, they came with one (if that) crushed up popadom! Couldn’t be bothered to cook anymore as they were closing up! Poor!

We've tried about 8 indian food delivery restaurants around, many of them several times. Tastes may be different, but that must mean something that our last 50+ orders has been from here...

Last time we went it was okay. But tonight we got a curry, and some chips and they failed to bring the chips, and said they weren't going to bring them. I wasn't happy so I thought I could ebjoy my curry but when I took a mouthful it was very cold and I doubt I'd go there again.
