McDonald's in Harrogate

If i could, i would give no stars. The workers threw me my food over the counter and my chips were half full. We got food thrown at us by a group of teenagers and workers were walking past and didn’t do a single thing about it. It’s not good enough! Food is cold, greacy, and wet.

After placing my order it came up on colect order after only 1 minute but it took another 11 minutes for it to be completed. when we unwraped our burgers they had been put together badly no sauce pickly hanging out and cold. I gave this to a manageer to replace. When the second order came out it looked better but have no onion or sauce. I sent it back again and after a total of 26 minutes they got it right,

I have put 1 star but only because no stars is not allowed. A waste of £21.00. Cold, inedible and terrible. Wanted something quick but fast food was not fast and food is questionable

Not sure why but simple instructions are totally ignored. Once is a mistake, 20 times is just ridiculous. Wouldn’t mind but it costs me a quid every time it happens! Just don’t bother ordering online because the delivery service won’t do anything and McDonald’s ask you to complaint to the delivery service when it’s there fault. To the manager who assured me this was a one off it’s happened multiple times and your hash browns have started smelling of fish and stale so I can assure you you’re not doing anything about it. I’d give it one star if the staff weren’t so friendly but whoever is managing this store does not give one shiny sh*te!

EXCELENT service, good food. Staff are nice and they rarely screw up, sometimes they put ice in my drink when I asked for no ice, but generally good and the restaurant in clean and tidy every time I go there. Worth a visit for a quick bite to eat if your hungry or thirsty. Opening times suite me well! No real issues, 5* from me! ( :

My delivery went missing and the 'manager' said I need to sort it myself by calling Uber even though I ordered through the McDonald's app, then he hung up on me. I called them again and the problem was resolved by an excellent member of staff, Becky I think.

If you're looking for reviews for McDonalds I can't help you... However worthy of note is the slightly older blonde lady, usually taking care of upstairs, absolutely lovely and always super polite.

I ordered a double big Mac. Got all the way back to my room and it was not a double. What a let down. Mac was still good. But disappointed it was not what I ordered and paid for.

Cold chips thrown inside the bag upside down, lukewarm burger. Shop always filthy. Go to a different McDonalds if you can, if they can't be bothered to clean the public spaces I can only imagine what the standards are like in the cooking areas!

Not much to say as a McDonald's is a McDonald's ! Went for a bite to eat late AM and still pretty busy. Grateful for the outdoor seating as I'm not good with noisy, busy places. Food was good and fresh and we even went back later for a coffee and a hot apple thingy ! Not had one for years. Very nice !
