Beautiful place off the A59. Lovely food brilliant customer service. If you eat outside you have the most relaxing views. I go as often as I can. Excellent would recommend to everyone.

Very cold as was the atmosphere, impersonal. The carvery was piled high on tiny plates which made it unmanageable. We would have been quite happy with the same amount of food on decent sized plates. It all seemed rather rushed.

My food that I had was lovely but my friend said her salmon was dry no sauce as such with it. Some of the carrots looked burnt. About a dessert spoon of peas between 6 people.

Called in for tea & cakes. Lovely place with lovely staff and the chocolate éclairs & custard slice were delicious. Huge dining area so keeping socially distanced was not a problem at all. The clientele were definitely an older crowd & I think this is the group that the place catered for.

Well popped in on way back to Hull from the food and drink festival. Lovely building and pleasant staff. Now this may be a one off but the vegetables were not good at all. My roast potatoes were rubbery and hard as was the celariac. The rest was great, the meat was spot on. Cauliflower cheese nice as well. The potatoes had obviously been hanging around and need a flash fry. For the price, we've both had better.
