Excellent venue, lovely staff especially Jim and Honour. Can't wait for decent weather to try the roof terrace

Worst experience of my life. Totally ignored at bar for 20mins. Made me feel violated.

Relaxed vibe spread across multiple floors and open until 4am. Has shuffleboard tables as well as beer pong available to rent

Booked shuffle board yesterday morning and received an email stating it wasn’t confirmed so I rang @15:27 and Spoke to a lady and was informed that she could see me on the system and I could have it for 21:00Turned up at the bar and was told It was being used and I could wait but it could be up to two hours,Obviously challenged this and was informed again that I hadn’t had it confirmed and there wasn’t a female working there during the day and there’s nothing that could be done..We spoke to the people on the table and they informed us they were due to finish at 9 and the table was free after them, chap behind the bar said that wasn’t right and they should still be on..We then found a reservation notice with my name written on it at 9pm, took this to the manager and was told I want listening and the notice was a mistake and I hadn’t booked and I was wrong to expect to playTwo mistakes A) was informed on the phone I was booked but wasn’t?B) someone wrote notice of reservation out and put it on a table for an unconfirmed booking… (although this call wasn’t supposed to have happened?)Yet this is the customers fault? ,No apology, just a repeated explanation that the system put me in a list and the person wrote the reservation out without checking who is confirmed so 3 reservations for two tables but only my sign out? felt like i was treated like I was being a nuisance and hassling people. And no matter what was said or brought to light the bar was right and the customer was wrong..Given the current state of affairs and bars struggling I would have thought a bar would want custom and not want to drive business away to the competition.. myself as 1 member of a party of 4 spent £120 on rounds last night and not a penny went into Mojos pocket.. madness that they can throw away business like that?

Josh and Brandon easily the most best and entertaining bartenders considering as a first time visit to Harrogate for night life! Definitely recommend this place, great vibes great laughs and the drinks..well… nothing more needs to be said just get down here!!!!

This place is out of control on Friday nites. Drinks are good. Beer pong is on.

Refused entry because i was on my own...being from out of town on a works conference,maybe I am gonna be on my own. Even a customer didn’t like the attitude of me turned away. Your loss of my custom.

Been here twice. Once in early evening midweek and once on a Saturday evening. Loved it. Sat on the roof top terrace early Thursday evening and it was quiet. Perfect. Also went about 10pm Saturday night and it was very busy. A young person's place but that never put us lot off in our 50s😂 music was great. Nice decor too.

Nice place for a drink, food and games. Three floors. Second floor has two shuffle boards which is a great game.I went on a Wednesday evening after work, it was really quiet but, that's how I like it.Friendly staff and a cosy atmosphere.
