Nandos in Harrogate

It was full so we had to wait a while for a table. Once seated the food arrived quickly and was classic Nandos.

I didn't feel it was quite as personal as it was before covid. It must be using the app to order. There are always two things I look out for at Nandos. One was top notch. What is that terrible noise from the kitchen? It happens every few minutes.

Last minute drop in. No problem. Ground floor flat with pavement and wide enough for my wheelchair. Fast service, grwat food, staff brilliant and disabled loos lovely spacious and clean. What more could a girl want.

We visited after a day out walking, was greeted at the door and made to feel welcome. We are late discovering Nandos, but menu was explained. All food was delicious and freshly cooked.Will visit again.

A party of 4 went into nandos tonight . 1person in our party ordered first the other 3 ordered separately. First member of our party had his food after about 10 mins! 45 mins later still no food!!! I enquired where our order was?? Its just being processed!!! I asked for A manager I was greeted with after complaining I can give you a free pudding!!!!! I wanted my meal! !! Soooo nit impressed!!! Customer service is atrocious!!!! Couldn't sort out a problem when it smacks them in the face!!! Absolutely disgusting customer service!!!!! Will be writing to there head office !!!

The chicken was great! That's about where the good points end unfortunately.We ordered through the QR code on Saturday night and waited 20 minutes before we had to ask for our drink.Food arrived and the corn was dry and served with no skewers or butter, neither perinaise was Brought out with our food.Due to previous bad experiences with staff here I decided not to complain to the manager as I'm afraid it will be brushed off.

Food was good. A little busy, had to wait about 20min or so. You have to order thru phone or go up and they will bring you the food.

food is great, usually good service ..however yesterday as me and my boyfriend were leaving a porkier waitresses with black hair in a low ponytail gave my boyf the most blatantly obvious suggestive look I've ever witnessed. she was certainly not much of a threat but it seemed unprofessional and a bit of a scummy thing to do imo. we laughed it off but it just made us both feel uncomfortable. Do better <3

Greeted and shown to table well, but sticky battered tables, there was also an underlying smell of sick around our table. Ridiculously slow service, we waited over 20 minutes to get 2 deserts which needed no preparation, especially the ice cream which was just a round cardboard tub dropped on the table with a spoon. We only got them so quickly because we had to ask if the order had actually been received! It's a shame as the food was good and other nandos we've been to were great

No longer Mediterranean's salad but a Chía salad like that tastes nothing05Aug2019 this is place highlights by consistency. It's hard to get worse food. I tend to keep the ticket because the likelihood to get food poisoned is high in the way they handle food (mainly chicken)...but they're cheap I suppose
