Orchid Restaurant at the Studley Hotel in Harrogate

Best chicken satay ever. Best masaman curry sauce ever. The lamb was dry but otherwise great dish. Loved it.

Our evening meal was superb with a broad range of very tasty & exciting oriental/asian food. We both had a fantastic meal and the wine was also superb. It would have been 5 stars but we had breakfast there and that wasn't so good. Stone cold food (I did ask to have it microwaved which helped) and not enough food out on the buffet (had to ask for more sausage, bacon & eggs) as no one was looking after it. Very poor value for £12 per person...

We were luck to get a table early Saturday evening, it filled up quickly! The staff were lovely and the food wonderful. The Thai fish is so good, a must have. Try it.

Delicious food, attentive staff, lovely relaxed ambience. I always come to the Orchid for special occasions and treat days. The food reminds me of my time travelling around South East Asia as it is incredible quality and authentic, has all the classics plus always something new and exciting. You won't be dissappinted with whatever you try. (Also the Reisling was divine!!)

My favorite restaurant ever! Would suggest it to anyone looking for something different, high quality food and amazing atmosphere. The only suggestion I can make is go and try it! You want regret it!!

First visit of the year for us, which is unusual but they're booked well in advance on the nights we like to go! As ever, food and service were superb. I really can't fault this place, other than the fact that they could really do with some better toilet facilities (but I'm nit-picking).

The food is consistently great here, the staff are really accommodating, and will often discuss options with the chef for you (unless it's really busy) Reasonable pricing and a good cocktail menu too.

Beautiful. This place is amazing, the menu is fantastic and the food really doesn’t disappoint. Lovely friendly staff who were very attentive. Lovely atmosphere. Highly recommend dining here! We’ll be back as soon as we can be.

A beautiful delight to see authentic and original menu. I went for the alacarte instead of the set menu. The flavours and dishes were a mix of authentic and creative. 10/10 for weeping tiger steak and the mango pans cota. Great service too !!

Just a word sums up this place, wow.,!!!!! Great tasty food and aside variety of dishes available so the taste buds will be watering. Pleasent surrounding to have your meal. The staff are very helpful and polite
