Pizza Hut in Harrogate

Amazing service from Sal today. I was having difficulties ordering through the app, waited a long time then called up and talked me through it all on the phone. Ended up being charged twice so I hope you see my email requesting a refund. However, can't fault this guy, he went above and beyond, even delivering the missing drinks himself. Thank you so much. Definitely my favourite takeaway, I regularly order from here and will continue to do so!

Absolutely horrible. The restaurant was unreachable, on the one occasion I got through after 10mins they hung up on me. Pizza was not edible due to not meeting dietary requirements. The safety seal on one of the pizza boxes was also broken.

Just ordered a delivery from these guys and it was a meal deal with drinks, and when it came there was no drinks and one of the pizza was wrong, and when phone to sort it out they was rude and did not want to know, will not recommend to anyone with there false advertising,

Absolutely shocking service by what I believe was the supervisor there.I had to call to chase my order after an hour of waiting. They had no idea where it had gone, the girl who dealt with my complaint was lovely and offered a free pizza next time I called and advised she’d “put it on the system”. I called up to claim said free pizza and was passed onto a man with a foreign accent who went on to interrogate me quite aggressively and suggest I was lying as there wasn’t any evidence of my free pizza in their diary... He refused to honour it and said he will call me in the morning once he’d spoke to head office then put the phone down.

Absolutely abysmal. If you are happy to wait 2 hours and hope the order is incorrect this is the place for you! Shocking service! I would like to comment on the food but we never received our order. We did get food, but not our food. We would have eaten it but it contained literally every ingredient across the board so there was no telling what it was supposed to be. Never again. Do not order from here.

Shockingly poor service, wrong pizzas delivered and we're assured it would be rush redone and sent out.... After an hour of waiting and getting close to the kids bedtime still nothing. Store manager seemed very firm that it would be arriving soon and made it seem hard to received a refund or a cancellation. Will speak to customer services.

I assumed Pizza hut in general had made changes to the recipe which had made all their pizzas taste bland and dry. I've just been to Pizza Hut just 10 miles away and it's totally different. Not sure what these guys are going to ruin what is probably a factory made sauce and base.

Delicious pizza, beautifully cooked, always polite service and prompt delivery. Even went the extra mile and gave us some garlic sprinkles to keep because we love it so much.

Ordered a single pizza at 18.27 (it’s printed on my receipt)said it would be 25 minutes, called at 19.40, I was told it was dispatched and should be within 20 minutes. I called at 20.10 to find out it hadn’t been dispatched, asked to speak to the manager and asked for an explanation/discount and got neither - he just said it’s busy and will be arriving soon. 2 hours for a single pizza which was somehow burnt and cold and no refund. Great job!

Well what a joke! Well for such a big multi million pound company why are you scamming the very customers that made you the money. Wasn't scammed much but if you are doing this to every customer & order around the UK this amounts to a huge money making fraud!!! I was charged for things I never ordered & never even got. I'm glad I took the receipt from the delivery driver! I also got a call from the manager from the Starbeck Store to say the driver had been trying to ring which never happened as I was on the phone to the manager how was it I answered her when she rang? Really was an absolute joke! Only 1 item matches my order & 5 items are completely different listed on the receipt which I never even received. I have kept all the evidence because it's the worst customer service & experience I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with! Pure incompetence & a money making scam!!!!
