Always great food and service. It doesn’t matter if the restaurant is empty or full the service is always the same standard. Some of our favs are the crispy duck pancake, smoked shredded chicken and crispy seaweed!! Be prepared for fast service so if you want a slower pace make sure to tell them or just order your next course when you are ready to be served.Plenty of parking across the street. Lovely bar area for waiting. On the weekends definitely make a reservation because it usually gets pretty full.If you are visiting Harrogate this is a must. The architecture and decorations inside the old Turkish Bath buildings are beautiful! They will not allow you to come in just to take pictures, you must be a customer.

Me & my mum went for the all you can eat buffet which is only on a Sunday. The selection of food was amazing. So much choice! So much better than the standard gloopy food that you get in most Chinese buffets! The dessert selection was also really good. My favourite wete toffee apples and profiteroles. The setting of the bath house gives the restaurant a very elegant feel - a truly beautiful building and totally unique to Harrogate! I will definitely re-visit!

Stunning venue and the food was fantastic! Great service as well, very attentive and not too pushy. The Duck was perfect as was the Dim Sum! If you are in Harrogate and want a Chinese then go no further!

We visited this restaurant this week. The building is magnificent really beautiful. It was the original Harrogate baths dating back over 180 years. Let me write this review in stages.. Stage 1. The building as already said it fantastic. 2. The food is very good, but frankly no better than a really good Chinese take Away. 3. The atmosphere , well there is non at all. Absolutely non.. No music playing, etc. There is also nothing to suggest this is a Chinese Restaurant, other than the food. No decorations, the usual red chinese decorations seen in so many places like this. A big shocker though was the fact that there are no table cloths on the tables , no just dark brown wooden tables, and not even a candle or a light on each table, so a romantic meal is really not possible. The problem with this place is that they portray themselves as a five star restaurant, and charge accordingly !! This place is not cheap, not the most expensive i have been to, but certainly not cheap. The champagne lounge is classy, it really is. Here is the stinger. In the menu it clearly says on every page that a 10% service charge is included. This is actually illegal, you do not have to pay it... I have taken legal advice on this, so beware...So if your bill for two is £60, which is possible here , they expect you to pay £6.00 tip.... On the receipt though please notice it does say it is optional. Damn right it is, I will decide how much tip i will give and in fact if i will tip at all. So overall Nice but not fantastic

Average food and overpriced for what you get.Service is wrongly understood as a kind of wrong posh approach that dislikes more than please. The owner has an intensive policy attitude across the dinning room, that leaves customers feeling bad, as not eating enough quick (likely it's a cultural clash)... I'm afraid but not planning to come again.

The nicest restaurant I have ever been to. The staff was so welcoming and very kind and the buffet was amazing, there was so much selection and all of the food was delicious. It was brilliant and so beautiful and very easy.

Fantastic food great flavour and not greasy like a lot of Chinese food. Staff are very attentive and the building is worth a visit even if you don't eat.

What a wonderful place to eat , fantastic setting of the old spa baths . Very nice lay out with wonderful staff and the food was so different to your local takeaway lol . The wife had " chicken sweet n sour " witch was a lovely deep red colour. For myself " Roast crispy duck in hoisin sauce " Large plate of succulent duck with crispy fabulous skin
