Starbucks in Harrogate

It's a yes and No as one of the barmaids is smiling and one is so grumpy and cnot clean tables besides flies around

Abrupt service without a smile - manager about as miserable as they come. I suppose you get what you pay for…oh wait, my coffee cost over £3. Avoid this place.

Went into this store today Sat 30th April 2022, a tall young guy with dark hair in a ponytail obviously wasn't in the mood to make another frappacino,he slammed ours down on the counter with a cba manner and was complaining to his colleague.We were made to feel like we were disturbing him by coming in and ordering a cold drink.The girls who were working along side him were lovely.Won't go back ..

We sat in the large area upstairs and it was clean and clear.We ordered via the app because there was a big queue and we had our little boy with us. It was really good to be able to fully customise my hot chocolate even down to the temperature.We had some rolls as well, and they were prepared well, and were lovely and fresh.

Me and my friend both ordered the NEW LIMITED EDITION forget me not Frappuccino but instead we got a vanilla cream Frappuccino and the wait time for my friends was absolutely dreadful, not worth the money.

Lots of staff, but clearing of tables slowNice coffee.

Absolutely MUST mention EMY on the counter!!! Turned up to order a Mocha & pastry yesterday & realised i'd left my wallet in the car about 1/4 mile away!! ☹️ Not only did she carry on with my order but she paid for it as well & said not to worry... fantastic customer service & a restoration of a bit of faith in humanity 👍😁Thanks again Emy so helpful (& I've now made sure I've got Applepay & Googlepay set up on both personal & work fones...) 🤔

Coming to this Starbucks is honestly one of my favourite parts of the day. The staff are always wonderful and remember my order, I'm greeted with a smile by everyone, drinks are always spot-on and they're accomodating of my dietary requirements. Blueberry muffin is top tier as well. Mostly though, the best thing about this place is the staff. Never met another team in which I like every single employee. Love it!

Very disappointed this week with Starbucks Harrogate. I have been in both Monday and Tuesday and both days I have ordered a venti drink. On Monday I had to ask the barrista to top up my drink as it was only three quarters full. Today I have just been in to get a hot chocolate, took the lid off as it felt light and it is only half full. If I had wanted a tall sized drink I would have ordered one and not then gone on to pay for a venti. Either only serve one size drinks or train the staff to serve correct sizes.

Always a nice stop off in Harrogate when shopping, it is always too warm in here but I don't really mind personally as during the wet weather it means your clothes dry quickly!There is a small seating area outside and some seating inside downstairs with the main seating area being upstairs.Staff are welcoming and respectful, able to make drinks with perfectly sprayed cream on a hot chocolate to the signature soy cream pattern on a latte.Brilliant little hide out with delicious coffee ❤️
