The staff were very friendly and tried to accommodate. There was one option that was vegan but wasn't labelled as such and the rest wasn't so little to no option for vegans. A 10% service charge was added also and on the menu in smaller print which is ridiculous. If the price's were slightly higher that would be fine but if you don't read the small print you'll feel ripped off at the end of the meal. In summary friendly but dysfunctional and not very clued up

We had waffles, they were very nice, although expensive. But I take exception to what was written at the bottom of the menu...a 10% service charge will be added to the bill.I tip if I feel I've had good food and service, I do not appreciate being told that I will give a compulsory tip before I've even experienced the food or service. I never participate in this scam, and if I hadn't been part of a party of 4 people I would have left.Add it to your prices if you you think it's worth 10% more, but that will make your prices even higher. I don't get 10% extra just for doing what I'm paid to do, this is a bad practice that is more common in the US...have a nice day!

Absolutely stupendous! Been on a couple of occasions and had both sweet and savoury pancakes. Millionaires ice cream waffle was incredible!!! Good service and friendly staff too. Highly recommend

The soup I had was lush and the kids enjoyed their pancakes. The staff are young, but still able to interact with customers in a fun/ kind way. Lovey.

Wow, what a great place to eat.Picked it out especially as we were visiting the area and the reviews were very good and rightly so.The food was amazing and the staff were all lovely.Pity it's so far away from where we live or would be there every week and would highly recommend.

Savoury food wasn't available at the time we went so had to have sweet treats (oh no! 🙂)After a small error with our order which was quickly dealt with we all tucked into our delicious food.Well worth a visit to this lovely little café. You won't be disappointed.

Unfortunately the pancakes were less than average, we could've made better at home. We had the peri peri chicken pancakes and the sauce overpowered all the tastes completely, maybe adding something like avocado or cream cheese would balance the flavours? However they didn't have avocado despite having a spar conveniently right next to them. I will say the ice-cream was absolutely delicious however please be careful as we found a couple small hairs and eyelashes planted deep within the scoops, even having all 4 scoops completely different flavours. The staff were lovely and we will definitely come back for the ice-cream and to try different pancakes in case they'll change our overall opinion.

The pancakes were nice but the staff seemed very rude. The place was busy but I do not think that excuses the manners of the staff. We felt very rushed and like we were causing an inconvenience...Firstly we entered and the lady (while facing the other direction) shouted and directed us to a table without even looking at us. While we were seated in the corner we were ignored for about 15 minutes, which we thought was understandable as it was so busy. However when another lady came to take our order she walked off in the middle of the order, and then came back after speaking to someone which we thought was really odd. She later came back and slammed our cutlery down on the table.. When our food came by another waitress she slammed it down on the table and knocked my husband's coffee so it spilled over the table, she said "whoops" and then walked off and didn't return with a napkin or anything. Then when my partner finished his food, and I was still eating, a waitress took his plate, normally the table is cleared once everyone at the table had finished eating. No matter how good the food is you go out to enjoy the atmosphere and the experience. We won't be going back here again.

Lovely friendly service and quick for a bank holiday Monday and people waiting for tables. I've wanted to visit for a while, so glad I finally managed it. Sourdough toast and smashed avocado is lush.Update: 2nd visit and due to not eating wheat I asked for just smashed avocado. Wonderful lady was so helpful and asked if I'd like it on a bed of salad 💕
