The Roebuck in Harrogate

Beautiful place to eat,went with my wife for our anniversary,food was top notch proper cushdy,really good,top Mark's to the staff too,from the chefs,waitresses and bar staff,couldn't have been any better,will definitely be returning and recommending the restaurant to everyone,looking forward to coming back already!

Service was absolutely brilliant thank you to Hugo and Victoria for the wonderful sense of humour and fabulous food. Highly recommended!

Wonderful food and delicious Sloe Gin Fizz. Bit of a mix up with order and correct meal but sorted efficiently and correct meal served. Did not charge for that meall. Staff extremely friendly. Would thoroughly recommended.

The food was nice but very standard. We was here on a Sunday and the sunday menu was very limited. Service was good etc. No complaints but nothing to write home about

Service isn't great...didn't get around to ordering food as no one came to the table...even though I had booked for food. Went to the bar to order my drinks after 20 minutes, just a bit of a rubbish experience....and all round a bit naff, shame as it had been recommended.

Recently upgraded their menu, and recommend to try. Sunday Roast was beautifully served.

Excellent food at very reasonable prices. The service made our evening. Our smiley and helpful waitress, Amy, was excellent! Our compliments to the chefs, who cooked our steaks to perfection.

Our first holiday in 10 years , September, on our last day we went to Harrogate, looking for a place to eat that looked nice but not too full, as we hadn’t booked… this was the first place we tried, asking for a table, we were very early though for eating out as it was only just after 5 o’clock. Still pleased we got a table and the service was lovely, very attentive, the food gorgeous. A lovely relaxed evening. It was a little dark where we were sat but that didn’t really bother me. I have lovely memories of a pleasant evening, so good was it that we looked up the hotel this restaurant is in, as a place to stay.

I was not really convinced but what I saw about this restaurant online, until I ate here. The service was very nice and efficient. Can't fault the food either, it was really nice and generous (a bit too much for the super salad). I totally recommand this place!

We arrived a bit late for lunch but we managed to get a table in the restaurant. The staff was efficient and we had our food quickly. The food was very good and very well presented. The restaurant was better than was I was expecting.
