A lovely building. Ordered on the app, food arrived, drinks arrived 40 minutes later. Bar staff were overworked (on a weekday afternoon?) and the manager wasnt keen to give any apologies, spoke to customers like a nuisance. I'd understand if if was packed on a weekend, but this was 1500 on a friday. Food was so so as always, managers attitude was sour. Sad really in such a lovely location

Food is a decent price but mine really was lacking flavour. Some staff more helpful than others but definitely a 'less than' experience. The menu clearly says that a free drink is included with any main meal order, but anyone in our group who ordered via the QR code given didn't get that option. When the food came without a drink and the offer was queried the staff member made it clear it was our problem and he could do nothing about it. If you download the app, you are given the option to claim your drink but I say buyer beware! When my regular coke arrived on a tray with someone else's diet coke order, we were firmly told "I don't know which is which as the person who poured them didn't tell me". We had to taste them to figure it out ourselves. Gotta say these guys are lucky to be in business with that kind of service. Some of our group really loved their food so not a total bust.

It was fantastic. It was busy. It was my granddaughter 16th birthday and we all had great food and drinks. I would recommend to anyone reading this. There is a car park at weatherspoons so no worries. Staff were great.

This is a very nice place great staff fast and friendly. The fish and chips I had was as good as any you could get anywere. All the meals were top quality drinks perfect. service spot on. The toilets were very clean and sweet smelling. Going back to try breakfast today.

Beautiful building with a lot of history. Good atmosphere, quite busy. Food cheap and cheerful but did the job, I had veggie burger and it was really good. Would go again.

·

Needs refurbishing..Although staff very pleasant and drinks and food fine.Tables and chairs getting well worn.Toilets need refit and better attention to cleaning the whole place in these times..Would not go back..

A really really interesting Weatherspoons, looks like an old theatre. Was really busy when we were there but service was still fairly quick. Had a slightly up of orders but got sorted in the end.Food was normal for what you expect, tasty and decent portions. Most of the seating was down steps.

This is the most beautiful and iconic Wethespoons in GB. This historical building is very well kept and they managed to incorporate the impressive bar area to enhance the grandeur of the layout. The bar service staff is great and efficient. The Manager is very friendly and helpful! Thank you to the lovely Mercia who is superb hospitality; she is always smiling and brought me around to admire the building while my husband 🍺 at the bar.Highly recommend this place for a drink or meal as they are well presented and reasonably price. Keep up the good work guys 👍🏻🎉 cheers 🍻

The Wetherspoon’s in Harrogate is actually quite impressive in how big and grand the setting is. Food is like most but this one does also offer pizza and it’s actually good for the money. So can’t go to wrong. Meal deal with a drink is good value, and service is quite quick. Even thought the staff could smile a bit more!
