Turf Bar & Bistro in Harrogate

Great brunch! Staff are friendly, and service unhurried. Nice mimosas on a Sunday brunch time along with some solid brunch food options. Tea ceremony a little pretentious with the mini hour glasses, but each to their own I guess. Very much looking forward to this place opening up in the evenings!

This has got to be my favourite restaurant in Harrogate. It's Harrogate's best kept secret. The entrance is almost hidden between the shops (which I love). The food is great here and the owners are incredibly friendly and helpful. I can't wait to come back.

Called in here for breakfast yesterday and was very impressed. Food was delicious and the coffee was superb. Fabrizio was most attentive and having a good chat with him it was obvious he has a great passion for his enterprise. We will be calling in again on our next trip without a doubt.

Simply brilliant! Such a lovely, friendly, courteous welcome and service. Amazing, freshly cooked, well though out ingredients. Great, quirky decor. Wish I lived closer, so I could visit more often!

Having rung and booked for a party of 10, followed up by a confirmation phone call from the venue on the morning of the booking, my party arrived on time; however having placed our order had to wait a full hour before the meals were served. There were only two other customers so they were not busy. Overall food, when it finally arrived, was average. Would avoid in quiet times and would not attempt if ever it gets busy.

Cold pancakes and not nice at all, we had to send back. Vegan breakfast tasty as was the quirky breakfast. Nice setting. We had to wait over an hour for food and it wasn't busy, we had to keep asking where our food was, no offer of complenentary drinks. The owner just blamed his staff for the delay. Wouldn't return.

What a lovely place to start the day! We visited Harrogate and we were super hungry. We ordered poached eggs as in Eggs Benedict and a days Special with smoked salmon. Food was delicious, the service was excellent. There was a bit of waiting but we didn't mind as we had high expectations for the food.

I really liked this place, the atmosphere is very good and so is the food. I got some spaghetti with cheese. The waiter turned on a very old type of candle🕯️. It was very cool. I really recommend this place.

Four of us visited Farm Bistro for brunch today. We all thoroughly enjoyed our food, 2 had breakfast and two had soup. The soup was delicious home made mushroom and I had chunky chips on the side which were also delicious. The guy who served us (owner?) was lovely, very friendly and attentive in an unobtrusive way. They also take dogs which is a big bonus for us. We have just moved to Harrogate and live very close to the restaurant so will definitely eat there again.

After hunting round Harrogate for somewhere that does a cooked breakfast after 11:30am on a Sunday we found this gem tucked away! I telephoned ahead to see if we needed to book (yes) and 20 minutes later we were seated at our table. I ordered chicken Caesar salad and my husband had the cooked breakfast served on toasted bloomer. We were not disappointed! Beautifully presented food cooked to perfection, friendly team with excellent 5 star service throughout. We will definitely be returning again soon!
