Zorro Pizza in Harrogate

Got my order wrong, so i telephoned to tell them , this turned into a debatevabout who was right and wrong. I explained I'm only going off their menu as to what my meal should consist of.The staff member then told me he is to busy to talk to me and put the phone down.I will never use Zorro again, customer lost.

Absolutely abysmal, had to wait an hour for the food, I was charged £15 for a wrap and a 10 inch pizza. For it to arrive and be stone cold

I order pizza for 8.30pm they arrived at 7.30 when we was out my son had his and they refused to take them i will never order from them again

Very disappointed, ordered a burger and cheese garlic bread. They sent an charged me for 2 burgers and garlic bread with cheese and mushrooms. Will not be using again if the incompetent staff can't even be bothered to listen to what i ordered. If i could give 0 stars i would.

Great food, great service, very friendly. My daughter who is a vegetarian really fancied a veggie kebab and they went out of their way to pack it full of yummy salad, garlic sauce and chilli sauce as they didn't have a vegetarian option but they said they would look into getting something in for vegetarians, how kind. Served by a really super chap.

Used several times. Excellent garlic bread with cheese, pizza good. Both include a small pot of mayanaise which is delicious.Speed of service average for takeaway not tried delivery.

Horrific soggy pizza after waiting over an hour. Plenty of better options in ripon don't waste your money in this place 🙈. All jokes aside it could only be described as the most revolting experience of my life. Trying to forget about it is made even more difficult by the lingering after taste of death. If I had the choice between eating that everyday for the rest of my life or die now I'd choose die now with no hesitation

Gnarliest pizza I've ever encountered. Burnt crust and each slice cannot be picked up as the base is so unbelievably soggy. First and last time ordering a pizza from here

Moved into our new house and had nothing to cook with so wanted some pizza! One of the best pizzas I have ever had. Stuffed crust is so good and generous toppings!
