Asda Cafe in Kingston upon Hull

🛑RUDE STAFF🛑Very poor customer service.. staff really need to learn how to talk with people in a correct manner, there is a massive lack of respect.I've been there with my little kitten in his secured basket, two of the staff saw the kitten on the door and didn't tell me that pets aren't allowed in the store, also there were not any signs to say pets aren't allowed in store.After starting to do shopping, an extremely rude lady came to me and shouted 'you can't have that here' for food safety reasons. What an absolute joke??? Can you not see all the DIRT ON FLOORS and now the little kitten in the basket far from food sections will break food safety rules?Wed, 30/03/2022, 9:30 pm

If you want to be charged over price for supposedly 'deals' and have your car totalled in the car park and then speak to staff whom couldn't give two tosses then sure, go shopping here but they have lost a lot of customers now

Called in to the cafe and asked for an all day breakfast toasties to get told no toasties, all we have is at the end of the bar, went to look, nothing there only biscuits. So asked for 2 teas, given cups and teabags. On putting water and milk in no spoons to take teabags out. I guess you have to use your fingers and scald yourself as was not asking the rude staff at the till. Obviously had no heart in the job and wasn't bothered about Asda losing out with toasties.xx

The actual store is great but the Asda Kitchen should be closed down two ineffectual staff nothing on offer to make this an appealing experience at all.

Would like to say what a credit to Asda the young guy who does click and collect at Asda store Hessle Road small guy with a beard Always smiling and very polite.I often do click and collect 6am-8am and he just has a big smile on his face all the time

Today was not a good experience in Asda, it just doesn’t work the way you have to queue for the customer service/ lotto desk people are blocking the entrance and isles with no where to go, staff were rude resulting in having a word with the manager, who apologised and went to see and he agreed it was a big problem. Short staffed. Slow. Rude.

Used the Asda kitchen, worst experience I've ever had in a "cafe." Ordered 3 slices of pizza, when they arrived they were massively undercooked and literally dripping in fluid. I brought them back and politely asked if they could put them back in the oven, only to be told "here's your money back if ya don't like it." I have a non verbal autistic child who doesn't understand why he had to leave with no food. To say I'm disgusted by the two women behind the till is an understatement. Absolutely disgusting staff and food. I'd give it a zero as one star is far too much.

This is my local supermarket supermarket and generally always had everything I need. I'm just not a fan of there new layout, the front part can get a bit congested.

Disappointed in the costumer service.I bought 40 bottles of water and the staff refused to multiply the product at the till.I had to scan everything one by one taking a lot of time and space at the till. The staff was very rude + chewing gum while speaking with me.I will spend my money elsewhere, thank you!

Same as most ASDA'S, basic goods at lower prices. When we visited the shelves were well stocked. Queuing at the tills was a bit of a nightmare. They only had one proper till open and there was a long queue at the self scan.
