Ordered a cappuccino which was made incorrectly, as they made a latte instead. After waiting 15 minutes for a bagel, we had to go and ask where it was before being told that they forgot about it. When it came, it wasn’t what was ordered. It would be pointless to visit again with such service.

Avoid! Really really disappointing. Have ordered a couple of times hoping for a better experience but the bagels are always cold and not heated. Tried a few bagels but always disappointing, threw the last one straight in the bin after opening. Do not order for delivery, 3 times I have had to request refund as more than half the order missing each time. Real shame, great concept with shocking execution sadly

Me and my gf ordered a couple of bagels with salmon in a meal deal with coffee and a cookie each. The coffee was really but that's about it. The bagel was very dry and served cold. The cookie was also too dry and disappointing. Overall I wouldn't recommend bagel Nash. Better off going to one of the chain cafes.

Turned up today at 3.06pm with my elderly mum who needed a cup of tea, and a sit down. Started to place the order, and the server asked if we were eating in. When I replied yes, she told me that they were shutting the seating area for cleaning ahead of closing at 4pm!!! When I pointed out that we would be finished by closing time, probably even 3.30, she still refused to let us sit down. Shoddy

I had a vegan bagel with falafel and hummus - asked to swap other filling for avocado and it was delicious. My partner also enjoyed his veggie mozzarella and pesto bagel. The service was very quick and the guy behind the bar was very friendly. The sitting area was clean. Great little place for something vegan on the go near the train station!

The coffee was great but the bacon bagel was disgusting the bacon was tough and over cooked think they must have warmed the mornings bacon up . Would not order it again 😐 sorry bagel Nash !!
