Best chinese in the area!

Not bad food ,but every time I go in to order they ask me for more money ,saying its extra for fried rice ,even though iv paid for a meal with fried rice !!!

Wasn't best pleased as few of the king prawns needed longer time in pan apart from that I rate . Order the same again tonight and tonight was bang on glad I've given then a second chance as I wasn't going to but someday we all have issues and dont function properly so now I'm giving them the benefit to cook my food again next time when I fancy the same... hopefully it hood as tonight's order

Been waiting 2 and a half hours so far and they've took the phone off the hook so we can't even ring them. Let's see if it shows up 🤷‍♂️*update, phones been off the hook for 30 minutes so far. Very unprofessional. Guessing they're getting a lot of complaints. Piece of advice, don't take more orders than you can handle. Even if they answered the phone to let us know it isn't coming, we could sort something else. Instead 3 hours on we're sat in limbo.*second update - they still have the phone off the hook, been ringing every minute for an hour. Starting to lose faith that it's ever going to arrive. If only they could let us know*third update - turned up after 3 and a half hours. Was quite nice to be fair

Would give zero if I could. Worse service I have ever experienced. Waited 2 hours and 10 minutes. When I rung to chase the order they said unless I reorder and pay online they wouldn't deliver it. Totally usless. If I hadn't rung then I'd still be waiting for an order that would never arrive. I'll never use them again.

I have used changle regularly normally have no problems, but last week we placed 2 orders at my sisters spent over £25 delivered ,no free prawn crackers ....after ringing up to query this ,a rude lady on the phone said its because we paid for the 2 orders separately ,it wasn't classed as 1 order spending the amount to get them free ,how ridiculous pure greed to loyal customers not happy

Fantastic food always piping hot when it arrives. Portions are very good sizes and the food always tastes great. Never had any issues with this Chinese takeaway and always recommend to friends and family who have now made this their favourite Chinese takeaway.

Usually really good. Have used them for the past 3 years. However tonight I feel I was let down by the service. I ordered 1 main meal, that's all and had waited 51 minutes. I rang to see how much longer it would be, to be told another 20 minutes. I find this very poor indeed. Also this was from 8:30pm till gone 9:30pm so not at peak time either. Then when on the phone the lady argued with me.Very disappointed.

Food was warm , the curry sauce was like jelly in a pot it was so thick ,the spring rolls had a weird taste so they didn't get eaten , wouldn't eat here again £24 later and I now know this

Complete rubbish,got chicken curry the chicken was still abit pink and didnt taste cooked,the black bean didnt taste black bean,and the noddles should of been plain but had spring onions and onions in which i dont like should say something on the menu online,plus the free prawn crackers was overcooked,i wasted 13.00 on this take away which mosted of it went in the bin,one very angry customer here.
