Chip Stop in Kingston upon Hull

Friendly staff and the food was OK

Ordered just eat last night...Just no.No no no.What I got served when asking for a Hull pattie was SMASH deep fried with unknown herbs and was a soggy disgrace.You should be ashamed for labelling this one of hulls finest patties.However, chips were OK. So we paid £21 for chips. Fish soggy. Peas watery. No thank you.

My fish was solid, chewy and smelly. Clearly off and unedible. The shop haven't answered their phones therefore we can't complain to them and have it sorted. No instead we have to pay £17 for something I have to throw in the bin as its stinking my house out.

Absolutely disgusting, I'm not one to leave reviews but when iv tried calling them for over an hour with no reply I think people should know. The fish was off and stale, it stank and was really hard. The spam was undercooked and again cold and disgusting. You need much better customer service and to cook fish that is fresh. I would never eat here again and don't want my food replacing, I want my money back for the mess there calling food .
