Ciao in Kingston upon Hull

I assume must have been taken over. Used to be or goto place…. Now the last 3 times, has been distinctly average and not reflected in the price. Gave 2 stars purely on the staff being really nice when we ring, and the drivers always polite when delivered

Had food from here few times previously and always been good but won't be using again,all 3 burgers looked like they had literally been thrown around, only lukewarm as were the fries and its not the cheapest and half of it was binned.very disappointing

Think there has been a change of staff serving as there was no problems with tonights order.Food gorgeous. Glad to have been able to enjoy what we had ordered instead of part of the order being missing.

Well worth the money, had a texas BBQ pizza which was practically a domino's pizza 🍕 😋

We did ordered many times from this takeaway and it was ok most of times. But this time food was very salty, chips was hard. Not best food. I don't think we will be ordering again. Really disappointed.

They do serve good food, however when the food was delivered, the food was very lukewarm and chips limp. We had to reheat all the food in the oven. I would have expected hot food to be delivered.

Absolutely disgusting service delivery guy totaly rude demanding an extra £10 from us when we only ever order online and it asks if u have aloyalty card always ask for no chip spice lol obviously trouble reading an order last time we will be ordering from here and wasnt that warm poor quality

This takeaway is more interested in dealing with delivery companies. I was left on the phone for over 15mins listening to the girl dealing with deliveries. The girl next day made up a story of problems with phone. An absolute joke.

Been using Ciao for years. Usually a great service and quality food. Tonight order however, ordered at 6.58 stated delivery 60mins. Called at 8.10 to ask for an update. Told it was the next one out. Still nothing. Called at 8.40. Told it was ready just awaiting a driver. It's now 9.30 a whole 2 hours and 30 minutes after we ordered and still nothing. Completely unacceptable. After many years of use. I will be unlikely to use again now. Contacted them for a refund. Told it will be delivered tomorrow.
