I had heard really good things about the restaurant from a lot of people so was really excited to go. When we got there the restaurant looks very cheap, but we ignored that to eat there. When I say the food is bland, I mean it is BLAND. Everything that was brought out tasted the same. The carbonara was arguably the worst dish I have ever tasted and had to spit it out on the plate. We found not one, but two hairs in the meatballs. The service is so unbelievably slow, we got there at six and ended up giving up and going home at 8 ish. We only managed to have about 3 rounds of food as it was just too slow to get.The flatbreads were really really tough and the bread on the side was so stale it was like a rock. It’s a real shame the food was so bad as the waiters are really nice and sort of made up for it. I don’t know if they use different kitchen staff on certain days but Jesus whoever was in the kitchen when we went cannot cook for the life of them.

Well, what can I say...... This place was recommended by a friend and I'm so happy it was not a disappointment. When I think of 'all you can eat' places I always picture those eateries with hot plates of food sat about while you queue in line for your turn. While there's nothing wrong with this, Ciao takes it to the next level.Fresh, hot, tasty food delivered to you table with mouth watering aromas and very moreish flavours. The options are plentiful across the board for starters, mains and dessert (if you've got room that is). The rosemary garlic bread is so good and the arancini starter is delightful.I opted for the summer fruit cannoli (I managed to save a bit of room) which was light, sweet, tasty. We had a couple of drinks each too. One adult and one child was a fraction over £30 and it was well worth it!The staff are friendly and helpful and the safety measures in place are good.I would've taken more pics but we were too busy enjoying it!! This place is a must try!!

We have been here once before and the food was really good. We went back last night and the food wasn't no were near as good as previous time, the food was just Luke warm which let it down, we ordered a chicken dish for main course it was that over cooked you couldn't even cut it, I did complain and send it back the replacement was cooked properly. The dough balls were like concrete even the waitress said they didn't look right when I sent them back.Overall it was a disappointing meal and not sure I'd recommend or return.

Menu has changed and not for the better it was really nice before it changed the menu we was disappointed not much to choose from unlike before and lots of supplements (extra charges) £15.50 is not a bad price but then they are charging extra for stuff like meatballs which where included in the menu before, may only be 50p but it adds up if you have more then one dish of them. Staff were very nice and the food came quick it was nice what we ate but won't be rushing back with such a limited menu. Overall a nice experience with lovely staff and decent food but definitely not as good as it used to be just can't understand why they would take stuff like mozzarella sticks off the menu stuff like that it's a shame really as it used to be very nice with a good selection of food but now it is basic with not much to choose from. Would return if they had more to choose from it's basically pizza's and spaghetti with the exception of the odd Italian dish which most I've never heard of. Overall a pleasant experience with staff and price but very disappointed with the stuff you can choose from.

Excellent service, especially the gent who serves us tonight. We had a typical mischievous 2 year old with us and he was an absolute pleasure towards him too which is always a bonus. Attentive to our needs. Food was beautiful also. We will definitely come back. Thank you 😊

Service very attentive, swift and super friendly. Thank you to our waiter (Duty Manager, I think) taking time in welcoming us, explaining service plan, tell us more in depth some items on menu.Food came in nice time. Pan fried Salmon just heaven!!Could only manage 1 round of our mains. No real room for dessert but forced a few mouthfuls of mousse down. Wish I saved room because it was light and super ChocolateyThanks staff & chefs. See you again soon!!
